The hotel location is across the beach, the beach is also very nice (nice sand, clear water and you have a beautiful view across on the Athos mountain) Sarti as well is a small nice place and very nice for a walking around. The best words for Jany and Nektaria they were very solid hosts. The surrounding beaches are beautiful, recommendation for Portokali (orange) beach which is 7 km to the north.

I really liked the magic of Mount Athos the whole time on the beach. The young boss was nice, the sunbeds on the beach are very high and comfortable, as was the bed in the room.

The room is a bit small, for us it was ok, but if you want a big space, you won't be at ease.

The location is very good, the host and the staff are special, they really make you feel like friends. I recommend dining at the owner's mother, in the center of the resort, Lauer House, a varied menu, excellently cooked, congratulations to the lady, in the Top 3 of all the kitchens visited in Greece.

The room was quite small and a bit claustrophobic but since we stayed for 2 nights only it was ok. For a longer stay it would not be suitable. It is difficult to mix water. It is either cold or hot.

The view was phenomenal. A small terrace looking at the sea. The hotel has their own beach which is nice and a bar right across the street. It is located on fhe beach itself and that is the best thing about this hotel. The staff was very helfpul, especially Dimitris!

The hotel is dysfunctional. Hot water is difficult to set up, the kitchen lacks basic elements, everything must be brought by the guest. Hygiene very, very bad. They don't change the bedding for 10 days if you don't ask. In October, the host charged us 60e per day, even though we booked through booking for less money, plus he didn't register us. He charged a minimum of 30e for drinks on the beach if we wanted sunbeds, even though we were his hotel guests. In addition, he stole our towels from the sunbeds, thinking they were his. The terrace is very dangerous if you have small children. Very bad experience in this hotel.

The host didn't respond to any of our calls and messages via WhatsApp. We waited in the sun for more than half an hour for us to check-in, no one came, then a lady from the bar in front of the "hotel" came and found an apartment with a key on the door and told us we can go in.

The sea view is perfect! The apartments are small but very clean, and the space is used very optimally.

The shower had no handle to put it on. There was no shower gel or bath soap in the bathroom. It was noisy. You could hear everything through the walls and the traffic outside from the cars on the street.

A hotel room is expected to provide the basic hygiene products to its guests (i.e. toilet paper, which was not even refilled). In our case, we had to buy it - that also applies for shampoo/soap. The mattresses were subpar in terms of comfort. Space in the room was limited, especially for 3 or 4 adults. There was no ventilation in the bathroom. The air condition unit wasn’t maintained properly, thus shutting down by itself. The frigde wasn’t already powered when we arrived - and that’s an issue for a short stay.

The apartment complex is extremely close to the beachfront. Public parking spots are easily found nearby. The room was pretty clean upon arrival. Mosquito repellent was provided by the staff. The staff was friendly.
