The only thing that is totally out of the hotel control is it can get a bit windy due to the spot on the cliff side. But we only had a couple of days of heavy winds and we were able to explore the island on those days.

Honestly we couldn’t have loved this hotel more. The staff were so welcoming and friendly, they gave us loads of recommendations and we just sat at the bar one evening for a night cap chatting with one of the staff on duty. The pool is next level! We watched the sunrise over the pool every morning, I can’t think of a better way to start a day. The rooms have so much space, we had our own sun beds out front. Reception helped us hire a moto, they arranged transfers for us and even ordered in food for us on our first night when we arrived late from our flight in.

The service was sometimes very slow, the dinner service could be open for longer (ends at 9pm), the hotel is by a road so unfortunately in some of the rooms you can hear the cars.

The staff were very friendly, the poolside was great and the rooms too. Very good food and beautiful private beach.

The light in the bathroom has been flashing (on and off). Although it was immediately reported and the action was taken by the hotel staff, it was not solved till the end of our stay.

Breakfast were delicious served at the garden/pool area with amazing views. The staff was super nice and helpful also in the restaurant/bar are. Pool area to chill just amazing with the sea view. Very good food. The manager Evangelos was really a sweetheart and gave us lots of good recommendations, also organized the rent of the car. The place was quiet and located far from crowds and busy streets (like in Fira or Oia).

This is not a hotel - it is an oasis! I cannot rate Colombos Beachfront highly enough! Our room was perfect, the location was tranquil but easy to book a taxi to any desired place on the island; the food was 10/10 and the staff were so special!!!

service staff were very inattentive - it’s a small property with very few guest and for the amount you pay the service should be on point. every person at the pool had to go to the bar to order their food or drinks. They clearly don’t care about getting tips. The rooms were relatively cleaned every day, we had to constantly ask for water as they never re-planished them and you cannot drink the tap water. It is far from both major towns in Santorini so be prepared to spend a lot of money on taxis or just enjoy the beauty of the hotel.

The room had several issues: the most critical was the very inadequate quality of the wi-fi that sometime did not work at all, sometime worked with a limited connectivity but was definitely not reliable (it was impossible i.e. to see a clip on youtube without continuous interruptions). Furthermore the TV had three Italian channels apparently available but in the truth there was only one that was always working while the two others often had the signal missing or defective. In general there's a misleading information about the room since when I booked it the picture shown a really double room apartment even for the category "Double Room with Balcony and Sea View" while in the truth the room was a unique room, totally different from the one represented in the website. The food and drink at the bar are rather expensive especially considering that in the surrounding there are no alternative options (no other bars nor cafes or restaurants). The location of the hotel is fantastic but extremely far from any other place and to stay in this hotel it's absolutely necessary to rent - for the entire duration of the stay - a car. The drain system of the shower was unfortunately not working properly and after a shower the entire floor was usually flooded.

Beachfront it's an outstanding hotel in a very lonely region of Santorini, approx. 5 km far from Oia with a fantastic view on the sea and on the sunset. The hotel is brand new, very small (12 rooms overall) with an extreme care to all details and comfort of the guests. The breakfast is 'a la carte' but the guests can choose over a very rich and particular list of menus and dishes. The swimming pool and the beach are absolutely relaxing and still without crowd at any time of the day. On the beach some fixed sun-umbrellas protect the beds and it's possible to spend here all the day, ordering food and drinks from the bar of the hotel. The room is very beautiful, fit with a basic kitchen with fridge and grill (no oven nor microwave), a comfortable bathroom and a large table suitable to work. The hotel is not fit with its own parking but in the street in front of the entrance there's always plenty of available space and it's possible to park.

I have never paid so much money and had to make my own breakfast! Eggs, meat, cheese, yoghurt etc supplied. There was a frying pan but no spatula so needed to flip eggs using a knife and spoon.

Location and rooms are fabulous. The staff make your staff very comfortable and will recommend restaurants for eating in the evening or places to visit.

We had such an amazing time here! The hotel is brand new with beautiful and well-thought interior, super friendly staff and an amazing location. No matter in which direction you look the view is always breathtaking. We especially loved the private beach, you are a little protected from the wind and can really relax without having a bunch of people around you like in other crowded beaches in Santorini. Would definitely recommend renting a car but if you have one it‘s really close to Oia and Fira. A special shout out to Evangelos who is super lovely, gave us such great recommendations and helped us with everything (you ARE special, please never change).

We really enjoyed our stay at Colombos Beachfront Hotel. The whole staff was very kind and obliging. Especially the manager Evangelos was a great host. He really knows his island and recommended some great restaurants and spots. The hotel‘s interior was modern but still authentic. A real gem was the private path to Colombo beach, which we enjoyed a lot. We can highly recommend this hotel and are looking forward to visit it again.
