Nikoleta was absolutely amazing as a host! She made sure she was there when we arrived to welcome us! Was super helpful and kind to keep in touch during our stay. The room was beautiful! So comfy, luxurious and had all the essentials! We would move in if it was possible. Loved every bit of our stay and couldn’t recommend it enough!! Perfect location too!

Nothing to complain about

Everything was perfect: the aparthotel is brand new, located in the very heart of the city, closed to everything but very quiet at the same time. Small but equipped kitchen, clean bathroom and very comfortable bed with Cocomat mattress. However the real gem is hostess - Nikoletta is super friendly and always ready to help! She became a real friend for my daughter, thanks a lot for her extraordinary hospitality!

My teenage daughter and I couldn't have been happier with our experience at Contessa Bianca Luxury Suites. From the moment we arrived, we knew we had made the right choice. The location is perfect, with easy access to public transportation, allowing us to explore the city and take day trips without the need to rent a car. Nikol, the manager, reached out to us prior to our arrival and continued to check in with us during our stay, ensuring we had everything we needed and offering support as we organized our outings. Nikol truly went above and beyond to assist us. My daughter forgot a package at another hotel in Athens, where the staff was not very helpful. However, Nikol took it upon herself to contact them and arranged for the package to be delivered to us at the Athens airport before our return home. We can't speak highly enough of this place and the exceptional service provided by Nikol. We highly recommend Contessa Bianca Luxury Suites.

Imagine a completely renovated historic building in the heart of the wonderful island of Corfu, combined with a modern minimalist yet comfortable interior architecture, every piece of which has been carefully thought out. And add to all this the wonderful staff and hospitality. I'm talking about Contessa Bianca Luxury Suites, one of the most beautiful places to stay in Corfu, a place I highly recommend for the excellence of the organization and the great management that puts the guests first. Especially the incredible attention and care of the manager Nikol made us feel very good. As someone who got sick and spent the last 2-3 days of my trip in the room, I can't tell you how valuable this was. Thank you so much Nikol for all you did to make us comfortable.

Communication was excellent- being met in person was a real bonus and the key app was easy to use. Everything is split new and spotless. Location - a minute from the airport bus stop- is excellent and Nicoleta gave us some great tips on restaurants etc.

Not much! There could have been a small oven/microwave in the kitchen perhaps to facilitate the cooking of a meal which some guests would appreciate. The air-con was very 'smart' so an instruction leaflet on its operation would be useful. It was very efficient though.

Entrance was electronic via an app or through a security code. Both methods were arranged just prior to the visit. On this occasion our host was there to meet us personally to go through entrance procedures and features of the apartment. Nikol, our host, was excellent, being very personable, attentive, and always willing to help. She made the stay easy and relaxed.

The accommodation was really above standard, the rooms were clean, new, modern and air-conditioned. TV with internet available. We felt totally safe there. Great location, right in the centre, just a few steps from the square, 10 minutes by public transport from the airport. All needed amenities nearby (supermarket, pharmacy). Helpful Nikol was always willing to help when something was needed. She was always optimistic and cheerful and showed a genuine interest in her guests. On arrival we appreciated the free cool drinks in the fridge and on departure we received a lovely gift. We definitely highly recommend it.

Loved our experience. Very clean, comfortable and had a beautiful view from the balcony. Our room had all essential amenities including a washing machine. The location was great, a close walk to restaurants, bus stop etc. Nikol was also so helpful and we would love to come again.

The property is very well positioned, close to the old town, but also to the streets on which you are allowed to drive (if you travel by car). You have absolutely all the utilities you need and even more. The room is exactly as in the pictures, everything is newly renovated. Everything is very clean, every day the cleaning lady comes to arrange the room. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted very friendly by Miss Nikol. He waited for us with a welcome bottle of wine. She helped us with everything we needed every time (information about locations, rentals, etc.). On leaving, he gave us a farewell gift and kept in touch with us until we arrived home safely. She is the best host I have ever met. I recommend this property and for sure when we come back to Corfu I will stay at Contessa Bianca! 10+

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Contessa Bianca Luxury Suites for my honeymoon, and I can honestly say that it was the best hotel experience I have ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by two heart-shaped cakes and a handwritten letter from the host, Nicoleta, congratulating us on our special occasion. Nicoletta was incredibly welcoming and warm, and she made sure that we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The hotel is located in the perfect location, right in front of the bus station from the airport and a short walk from the old city of Corfu. The building itself is brand new, and every single detail is thought out. The suite we stayed in was beautifully designed, and it was clear that a lot of care had gone into making it a comfortable and welcoming space. Nicoleta was always there to help us with anything we needed, and she went above and beyond to make our stay special. At the end of our stay, she even gave us a small gift as a token of her appreciation! I cannot recommend Contessa Bianca Luxury Suites highly enough. It is the perfect place to stay for a romantic getaway or a relaxing family vacation. The staff is incredible, the location is unbeatable, and the suites are simply stunning. If I could give this place 11 out of 10 stars, I would. It was truly an unforgettable experience.

Our hosts were so kind. Upon arrival we were personally welcomed and given an explanation of our room. Afterwards we had contact via text messages and could always ask them our questions/ recommendation. The hotel is situated close to the port, busstation and the beautifull city of Corfu. The Suites are equipped with all new advanced technologies and very nicely and modernly furnished.
