Internet didnt work in my room because it was too far from front desk. Only 2 English news channels available. Room decor was average.

The pool and bar area was spectacular and the staff were great. Food was superb.

Very poor sound insulation between rooms. Normal conversation levels can be heard in adjacent rooms. Balcony dividing walls are not full height so you need to keep curtains drawn if you have nosey neighbours. Wifi very weak , almost non-existent.

Room could do with upgrading. There is little to no soundproofing so you could hear the room next door and everything in the hallway.

Excellent location as within a few hundred yards of the old town. The views from the balcony in our bedroom was amazing. The staff were lovely and breakfast was excellent. The outside area was very well kept with an outside bar and nice pool.

The hotel is obviously old and no renovation has been made. For a 5 star hotel, installations, facilities, bathroom equipment is not at the right level. Wifi connection was very slow.

The most valuable offering of the hotel is its location: right on the coast, really close to the old town, and with an awesome view from its balconies. Breakfast was good. Cleanliness was how it was supposed to be.

Smell of chlorine from the pool was rather intense in the lobby. Only one plug in the room, none near bed.

The hotel is very good, but in general there is a need for a renovation, as some of the facilities are quite old. Otherwise the whole experience was great.

The location is perfect, you can easily walk around the city center without any need for a car or any other mean of transport. Also the view from the hotel is amazing , you can see the full Garitsa bay, especially in the morning the view is breathtaking.

An important issue. WIFI signal strength continually fluctuated and was generally weak at best. Extremely frustrating. Dinner menu was limited due to being off season. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Did not want to ring for room service for a cup of tea or coffee so went without.

An elegant, classy 70 year old hotel, 10 minutes walk to the centre of town, all staff were so wanting to please, breakfast was absolutely superb, rooms were huge including the huge all white marble bathroom. Nice amenities. Lovely water view. Provided an iron and ironing board when i asked for one. Bowl of fresh fruit also provided.

Internet was fine, except it cut out a few times. It always came back, but I'd have to wait now and then.

The location is fantastic--easy walk to the sites of Corfu Town, view of the windmill on the end of the point to the south, only 30-minute walk or so. I went there to swim. The hotel was built around 1954, so it's not the gleamingly sterile new style, but that doesn't mean the rooms are unclean or dilapidated. Mine was great, with a nice-sized balcony. Because I was there in winter, I didn't try out the pool. Fine breakfast. Nice service
