I’ve stayed here twice and each time had a problem with the bathroom plugs. However, they fix the problem quickly.

The bedroom was very spacious , but maybe a bit of a refurb would make it more special . The bathroom was also a good size , but again could be modernised , shower over the bath with shower curtain isn’t great . But I’m being picky here !

The location is wonderful , lovely little balcony off our room with a wonderful sea view . Lots of choice for breakfast , staff so friendly and provided excellent service throughout the hotel . Plenty of sun beds around the pool which is set in beautiful gardens . Just a short walk into the main town with lots of great bars and restaurants.

Excellent breakfast with outdoor tables also for dining. Perfect location. Wonderful sea views. Lovely large fresh seawater pool with towels provided. Pool bar and food service.Plenty of parasols and shaded areas.Very friendly helpful staff.

Not much to not like, arguably the rooms were a bit dated albeit good value overall.

Bathrooms smelt like they needed more ventilation and the little bottles of conditioner provided had plastic so hard you couldn’t get it out the bottle.

Amazing staff, very accommodating, everything done to the highest standard, gorgeous property and pool and food and location. Breakfast was amazing.

The only negative for me was I believe the bathrooms need updating. It is an old hotel and although they were marble bathrooms they are a bit run down. Don't get me wrong, they weren't too bad, but for a 5 star hotel that is on the pricey side, they could do with an update.

The hotel is beautiful and the grounds are amazing. Beautiful gardens and the swimming pool was great. You can order food and drinks by the pool and it overlooks the beautiful sea. The room was amazing and the view was just perfect. It had a lovely balcony which was really nice. It was so peaceful sitting there overlooking the water. Breakfast was great with so much variety to choose from. It couldn't have been better. The location was amazing as it was only a short walk to Corfu old town which has so many amazing shops. It was also a short walk to the Old Fortress and Boschetto gardens. I would like to thank Elena on the front desk. She made our trip even more special by her friendly welcomes and wonderful advice on where to go and how to get there. Nothing was too much of an effort for her. Thanks so much Elena.

Internet connectivity was not great, and would disconnect from time to time. The rooms are dated, and should be updated to meet modern standards. There isn`t the ability to add a gratuity to room service, which is a terrible shame, considering how great your staff is.

Fantastic location, the view from the room was incredible. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Terrific experience all around. We were made to feel extremely special. Your staff, is your greatest asset, you should ensure to take care of them.
