We had an amazing time at Cosmos Hotel. Great location, only 3 minutes walking from the popular Plaka beach where the sea was warm even during October. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Naxos.

Pricing of room was more upper end, but they treated our daughter for her wedding beautifully!

Everything. This place was magic! Everything was absolutely perfect. A huge thanks to Maria, Alice and Xrysa. And the entire staff at cosmos! Please if you are celebrating something tell them they will make it extra special for you. Maria went above and beyond for us before during & after our trip. Had a lovely bottle of wine and a beautiful delicious cheese and fruit board waiting for us in our room before entering to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday which was set up prior to our stay. Maria & Alice set everything up for us making our trip incredible! Transportation to and from the hotel was arranged. We absolutely loved our stay here & everything is soooo close. The beaches are 3 minutes away and many to choose from. The breakfast at cosmos was beautiful every morning and served with a smile by Xrysa. The pool was incredibly peaceful and so clean (most the time it was just us at the pool). The maids did an excellent job cleaning the room everyday. I had scheduled the yoga on site stefanos was a lovely instructor we very much enjoyed our practice. Oh and huge bonus. Miss Lilly is a beautiful little pomeranian dog who will greet you and be her cute little self all around the property. She was adorable and sweet! We loved her Thank you for everything!

It was expensive. The bar area and the hotel were very quiet for a month of July. Not very exciting for your young adults. We didn't not care for the horseback riding activity we booked through the front desk. It is best to use Tripadvisor to avoid surprises.

Breakfast was fantastic. The hotel is beautiful. Although a little difficult to communicate with the hotel staff before arrival, once we were there, the staff was helpful and accommodating.

Nice, clean and modern design. Fresh and new establishment. Excellent breakfast! And the staff was so friendly and welcoming; from the hotel manager to the ladies cleaning our room. Would highly recommend this hotel. Not too far from the beach Plaka

Nothing - I couldn’t fault it. When the door handle of our room that opened onto the pool, broke it was mended with in 15 mins . Incredibly good client experience.

The staff were incredibly friendly- well done Alice on the front desk and the lady who worked behind the pool bar, the breakfast was exceptional, the rooms were spacious and the location was perfect for us. It was a great family hotel and would highly recommend it.

The only part I didn't like was having to leave! :)

Everything was even better than expected. The villas were gorgeous and clean. The location was so quiet and serene, but only a few hundred feet down a gravel path to Plaka Beach, the bus stop, and all the beach cafes. The pool was great and the free breakfast every morning was delicious.

Property was in excellent condition. Both the room and pool area were fantastic and very well looked after. Although not located on the beach, it was an easy walk (approx 4 mins) to Plaka Beach. The only small criticism would be the pillows. Would definitely stay here again.

We came with 11 people from Melbourne, Australia. It felt boutique and refined. The pool area is incredible as it the morning breakfast. It’s in an under developed location of Plaka which makes it charming. Coming again.

We loved everything about this hotel!! Truly exquisite hotel with every detail attended to and thought of. The grounds were gorgeous, excellent pool and incredibly clean everywhere. All the staff were so wonderful, helpful and kind. The breakfast alone is enough reason to stay again....it was my kids favorite part of the whole trip! The food was very fresh and delicious. The pool bar was also just perfect!! Do yourself the biggest favor and get a massage with Mihalis. My husband and I both had the best massage of our lives from him 😌 💕 The location is excellent as well. It's about a 5 minute walk down to the many beach bars where you can get chairs and an umbrella for a cost. The hotel also has plenty of beach toys you can borrow. We would come back here in a heart beat. Truly an exceptional experience for our family of 7.

Beds were a little hard, but still slept great.

Love the hotel - staff was excellent and so friendly. Breakfast was our favorite of all the places we visited in 4’sifferent islands. Location to the beach, with restaurants, shops and the bus to get to town. The views along the Mike’s of the beach’s. Will go back for sure!

As noted above the staff were pleasant and friendly. However, they could have been a little more informed as to restaurants in the area of Plaka and in Naxo town. We would suggest that a couple of little items should be placed in the rooms - a) several small wastebaskets in the bedrooms and bathroom; kleenex tissue in the room - there was no kleenex tissue and we went to the store and purchased our own. Not a biggy but guests tend to look for these little items. It was noticeable to us as we had just stayed 11 days at a 5 star resort on Eos.

Breakfast was good and the staff was great. We were upgraded to a multilevel sweet. The room was great. The staff was pleasant and friendly.

Beautiful beautiful hotel on a gorgeous beach. We had the family-size room, a bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette upstairs and a lower level with a second bedroom and bath. Super for our family. Nice breakfast, lovely staff.

The place is very peaceful and we had our own villa which has the beach view and the pool view, we had the time of our lives. The breakfast was very delicious, tbey serve traditional Greek food and desserts too. We rented a car so going in and out to the city centre was not a problem. This place is amazing!
