The host provided fruit, juice, and water for us. We had an early flight so this was great. The property was near the airport which made it very convenient for us. There were several restaurants nearby.

Parking in front of the room is in a narrow alley but this is not a problem.

Located in Spata, 15 minutes drive from Athens Airport perfect location for an early/late flight. Room is very spacious clean and well equipped. Fantastic communication with Theo.

Theo's apartment was perfect!! Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and Theo was an amazing host! Lovely little town centre walking distance from apartment and the best gyros we've had on our Greece travels so far! (Ataka restaurant) Nice and close to airport by taxi. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

The accommodation was absolutely perfect- peaceful quiet location and ideal proximity close to the airport. Beautifully designed with an eye to every detail and very cosy and homely - Theo the owner has excelled!! 🥰 Pristine cleanliness and kitted out with everything you could need and kitchen detergents etc without the need to head out and purchase! Easy to book an Uber and plenty available. Highly recommend a stay here when connecting with flights and would 100% return when in Athens again..simply superb!! Thankyou for making my stay amazing!! ❤💕🇬🇷

Nothing to dislike at all. I've stayed in other places which aren't always what they seem on screen but Theos was by far the best.

I can't recommend Theos Cozy Apartment highly enough. Everything about it is just perfect. The apartment was spotless, and the area really safe for a female travelling alone. The owner sent clear instructions & photo's to help on my arrival. There was a bowl of fresh fruit, coffee, milk & water and juice in the fridge plus butters & jams. The shower is modern (I didn't want to get out 😆), there was shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and even Bioten body lotion & lovely fluffy towels ! Then it was time to relax in the super comfy big bed. Book this place, & you won't be disappointed.

The village is unfortunately not near a metro stop, so to get into Athens you have around 5k along a busy road to walk, or of course take an Uber to the metro stop.

We had an early flight, but hot water seems to be on a timer, so our morning shower was cold.

First of all a huge thankyou to the host Theodoris! His hospitality & helpfulness was amazing. He was available at all times for any questions & problems we had. The apartment was modern & spotless & perfect for our overnight stay. He even left us fresh fruit,coffee ,snacks for breakfast. It was a 14min taxi ride from the airport. We felt safe & wouldn’t definitely stay again. Thou can’t go wrong staying here.

The experience we had in Theo's flat was excellent. The flat is a super modern establishment and includes everything in high standards. The flat is well equipped with utensils and we found it super clean and well prepared for our stay. Theo had left for us some small snacks and water and fruits which is very thoughtful and we liked it a lot. Our night was quiet and comfortable and in the morning Theo had arranged a taxi to deliver us to the airport very early in the morning. Many thanks. We recommend this place.
