The only down point and I’m being extremely picky was that the road to town was a little dangerous as there were limited pavements / walkways. Oh and we had two resident lizards sharing our pool beds at our private pool. I thought this was epic but my wife refused to lay on them.

This hotel gave us the wow factor on every level. We are thrilled we chose it for the Santorini stage of our honeymoon. The staff were all very polite and extremely helpful.

In the junior suites it would be lovely to have an option to pay to heat the plunge pool in the colder months

It was one of the most comfortable and interesting hotels I have ever been to. The most beautiful thing in the hotel is that all the employees smile at you and ask how you are every time you leave and enter the hotel, they are always waiting with a simply stunning smile. The food is excellent and the desserts are very tasty. Worth staying there

The staff first and foremost were incredible and genuinely helpful. Lost my phone in a restaurant, managed to track it online so could see where it was on the island. After explaining the situation to reception, the hotel manager / owner immediately made a call to his contact at police asking them to help me find it. After two hours, it was found and when I returned to the hotel, they were just as ecstatic as I was! Rooms are spacious, bright and clean. The only thing I would say the lower floor isn't super private, but generally a quieter hotel anyway! Spa was fantastic, although a little more expensive than what I'm used to paying for in 5-star hotels, great service ans treatments. The full-sized skin / body care gifts was a generous thank you. Quieter location, short walk uphill to get to the village. If you're looking for comfort, luxury, but with a personalised and boutique-hotel-like feel, then this is the place for you..

Breakfast could have had better cooked options. Scrambled eggs for example were very greasy. Poached eggs , options would have been good. And more fruit like Blueberries as I like my granola with lots of fruit ( not the wet fruit salad mixture in a bowl ) Pool could be heated as this time of year it makes for a very cold swim !

Hotel , staff , facilities and location all great. Would definetely stay again and highly recommend , the hotel is a short walk from some fantastic views in Imerovigli , maybe even better than Oia !

Excellent hotel away from the tourism feel of Fira & Oia. It really feels like you're away from it all here which is exactly what we wanted to relax. Cocktails from the bar were excellent and all of the hotel staff were very friendly. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice and extra drinks such as iced coffees etc

Everything was perfect, there was nothing we did not like.

Perfectly clean and spacious room with sea view and heated jacuzzi. Very nice and rich breakfast, lots of choices. Angela at the reception was very accommodating and kind, catered to all our needs.

Incredible facilities. The room was beautiful, big, spacious, it had a hot tub looking at the sea, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the food was great.

We enjoyed our stay at Cresanto Luxury Suites in Santorini. This was the first stop on our honeymoon and from the minute we checked in, we knew we made the right choice. The staff was always kind, the breakfast every morning was delicious, cleaning service was prompt and on point and we especially loved the bartender/server Costa, who made us feel at home. We also can't forget to mention the spa treatment we had, special thanks to Deanna, who was lovely and made sure that our first Greek spa experience was unforgettable. The hotel is perfectly located in quiet Imerovigli, about a 10 min ATV ride/drive to Fira and 20 minutes from the famous Oia. We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family staying in the Santorini area!

The pillows were a little soft. One is too low but 2 ontop of eachother is too high..

I loved how beautiful and clean it was and how lovely all the staff were. Everything was perfect and the buffet breakfast was amazing! The staff even complimented us to a bottle of bubbly for our wedding anniversary!

The only small criticism would be to have softer towels, it really does make a difference. And a larger cup option for the coffee machine.

The food was superb as were the rooms. A beautiful hotel with very friendly staff.
