Nothing to dislike.

Superbly located in the centre of Lerapetra and a short walk to the beach, Cretan Villa is your ideal base to explore the area. The host is convivial, helpful and efficient. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed comfy. Plenty of places nearby for breakfast and to sample Cretan and international cuisine. 5 stars.

The hotel is located at a very central point of Ierapetra. The staff were cordial and right upon our arrival at our disposal. They also gave us very insightful information about excursion and dining options in the surrounding area.

We arrived in Cretan Villa and the host, Manos was very kind and welcoming. He gave us a lot of suggestions as far as where to go and where to dine. The structure is new, very well furbished and decorated. The rooms are comfortable, cozy and clean. We can’t wait for our next trip to Crete to come back! See you soon! Efcharistó

Excellent, spacious rooms in a carefully restored traditional building, a peaceful location only a short stroll to the waterfront restaurants. Parking was available on a nearby street. Helpful host provided plenty of information about the town.

Traditional, beautiful stone house in the centre of town but in a quiet area. Close to beach, taverns, cafes and amenities. Lovely courtyard where it was nice to sit and read under the vine leaves. Breakfast at a cosy café on the other side of the road. Very welcoming and friendly atmosphere, family-owned hotel. The room was clean and fresh. I will definitely be back!

There is no breakfast, but we knew that. Very good breakfast next to the hotel in Casablanca cafe.

Location is excellent. It is on a pedestrian street. Provisions are superb. Very clean shower very good Wifi. Clean very unique. Would highly recommend.

one might have trouble to find parking close to the hotel, but we left the car on a free public car park about 7 mins away which was fine for us.

very central location, but still quiet. we had a room with a window to a very small alley with no car traffic. good shower. room is nicely decorated. there is an open inner yard in the hotel with some chairs and tables where we liked to sit in the evening. hotel does not serve breakfast, but Casablanca bar just down the road had delicious müsli and porridge with fruit.

Really enjoyed the stay. What was really different from other places - the way how Manos (the guy that welcomed us) communicated with us. He was very helpfull, friendly but most importantly sincere by sharing his own views, stories and not pretending. Great experience.
