The entire stay was joust incredible, spacious super clear room directly at the beach, incredibly friendly host (Spiros) who instantly made us part of his family and was there to organise anything, he knows his island... They served and incredible breakfast and the best Greek Coffee I ever had so far

Everything was perfect. Spiros, the manager, was really open to give us tips and tricks for our stay, and was every time available. Many thanks for your friendly welcome! The location is perfect, quiet and straight on one of the most beautiful beach of the island (long with black sand and private place for you). Beds are comfortable, every thing is clean, cleaning is done every day, the small kitchen (sink, fridge and boiler) is useful when you need a breakfast or simple meal (when you want to have a pause from restaurants ;-) ). Spa is super cool, on a really private terrasse. We were there in early may before the start of the touristic season (which starts after the Greek Orthodox eastern), this was useful to get less tourists on the island, with water temperature just enough for northern people like us, and with very nice weather. Breakfast in this period has to be taken around, but you can take it at any restaurant around (many available).

Our host Spiros went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. From bringing us a complimentary bottle of white wine and delicious watermelon to offering my husband some of his own hair product. He made sure we were comfortable at all times and helped with anything that we needed. If I could give him 6 stars I would. The accommodations were very spacious, comfortable and clean. The hot tub was great to have overlooking the sea. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. Definitely book here!!

Fantastic hosting, great location opposite the beach and great apartment. Spiros and his family could not of been more helpful, arranged car hire for us, recommended restaurants and places to visit and transfers to and from the airport.

We have only good things to say about Cyclops Beach Apartments, what a great place and such great people! We very much enjoyed the spacious apartment with cafe-kitchen+fridge and the luxurious bathroom and especially our terrace with the spa, good for hot summer days and evenings too. The breakfast is delicious, there is something for everyone. Our favorite was the yogurt with honey and nuts. The beautiful beach is right in front of the apartment and the sun beds are included/reserved for the guests, very appreciated. Bus station just 1min walk away, easy to get to the towns on the north side of the island. But what really made the difference was Spiros and his family/staff. Not only did they take care of all our questions and things we needed; recommendations for places to go/see, where to eat, booking excursions etc etc, but on top of that, they warmly welcomed us any time of the day and made our stay truly enjoyable and heartfelt. Thank you so much Spiros for this week, we really hope to see you all again. Best regards from the Thibodeau family

Excellent breakfast, close to the beach, clean nice room. Friendly and helpful manager and all the staff. Comfortable whirlpool, With rented car close to everywhere. A lot of restaurant and markets are also near by.

We liked everything, there wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

We were welcomed from the moment we arrived by Spiros the owner. He showed us through the apartment. The apartment was clean and nicely furnished. Spiros also provides beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach directly in front of the apartments. He is the most helpful happy person, we actually didn’t want to leave the apartment or spiros as he made our holiday so relaxed. The general store next door is owned by spiros’s mum and the whole family is welcoming and kind. The beach is beautiful in front of the apartment and it’s only a short walk to perissa which has more restaurants and a yummy icecream shop. There is a bus stop only 20 steps from the apartment which runs regularly to fira. If you want a relaxing holiday steps from the black sand beach then this is your place!! Thank you spiros!!

The owners were very welcoming, very kind and helpful, amazing family. The location was excellent, next to the beach and the buss station. The room was clean, spatious, with everything you need. Everything, starting with the owners. They were very welcoming, and helpful. Our wellbeing and comfort being their first priority. As a family business they really made us fell taken care of. The room was super clean, very spacious, the jacuzzi and the sun beads on the terrace are a very nice touch for a relaxing evening away from the crowded island. The location is on the beach, and at a 2 minutes walk from the buss station, so it is very conveniently positioned for enjoying a sunny day at the beach or travel to visit other parts of the island. the gift-shop/mini-market shop on the premises is also super useful and very well stocked. I will recommend the premises to my friends and family and for out next stay in Santorini it’s going to be our first choice.

This place was AMAZING! It was exactly what we needed for 4 of us to have a relaxing holiday & have km’s of restaurants and bars at your finger tips! The room is cozy & has some cute little quaint furniture & we made use of the little pool every day. Best part is having THE BEST host- Spiros!! He absolutely made our stay. He looked after us like family. I can’t thank him enough for our stay. Loved the shower & being able to change our towels & that he provided towels for the beach right outside also. You won’t be disappointed.

Nothing, just didn’t want to come home.

We stayed as a family of 4 adults in a mountain view apartment and this was absolutely perfect. Spacious apartment, clean with beautiful fittings, lovely private patio area with jacuzzi, location was perfect being right on the beach, bars and restaurants close by and bus stop just a minutes walk. Spiros, the owner is a fantastic friendly host. He welcomed us himself and showed us around the apartment at 1am as our flight was late and left supper in the fridge. He owns the beach bar and sun beds too and saved us sun beds each day which were included, recommended places to visit and generally found time to chat and have drinks with us. The restaurant and shop next door are owned by Spiros’s family and again, excellent service, always with a smile. Spiros and his family went above and beyond to make sure we had a fantastic holiday. Thankyou, we hope to return one day ☀️
