Everything was clean and well kept , the pool was lovely . The apartment was super clean and the bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in in Greece . Everything was perfect for us . The restaurant served lovely food and the staff were all very nice . We are sad to leave this place as it felt very homely . Thank you everyone for a wonderful stay and welcoming us . We will definitely be returning to your apartments . 🙏

The staff were fantastic, so kind and helpful. Amazing pool and location. Bar lovely - good food, drink and atmosphere. Close to the beach and main strip of restaurants. Great apartment and cleaning service. We liked that it was very child friendly, although plenty of people there with out children having a good time also.

TUI hotel, so for us as a family too many same native speaking people (dutch), we like to be more on holiday :)

Facilities on premise. Nice pool, possibility of having breakfast, lunch or dinner in restaurant. Friendly people, we had a early check in and were allowed to use swimming pool and baggage storage on day of departure. Room was big and clean. Beach is 15 min walk with young children, stayed 1 night. Taxi was arranged by hotel. Best beds of the holiday

No complaints here I loved it!

I loved everything. Received a warm welcome by the team and was shown to a perfect upstairs room overlooking the pool and surrounded by those gorgeous pink flowers. The room area was just right and the bed was large and very comfortable. Modern fittings with neutral decor made a relaxed setting. The pool area was clean and a swim was very enjoyable. Restaurant and bar area was chilled with a great range of food and drinks which were all delicious. The location was spot on as 2 minutes from the main road and approximately 10 mins to the beach if you are a fast walker. Not being a driver this suited me and the area is perfectly safe for a woman alone. Taxis available few minutes away and in peak season local buses serve the area. Would highly recommend and as all areas were fantastic it would definitely encourage a return...see you again and many thanks guys!! 😊

Moisture!!!. Apartment built without ventilation system (apt. #3, perhaps other rooms have no such problem). Air condition keeps temperature as desired, yet still all clothes are moist. No mould anyway - honest observation. TV: There is one but not working :). On the first day we asked to check the signal and make it work, it never happened (check and repair). It is a minor issue for us (we don't use TV at home almost at all). Yet for new residents it may be deal breaker.

Very nice welcome upon arrival. And also very nice care throughout the entire stay. Very good breakfast selection! Wifi available all the time at very fast speed. Family owned resort, friendly to guests.

The shower flooded the bathroom - but in all fairness, once this happened, we just had quick showers and didn't ever raise it with the staff. Had we done so, I'm sure they would have sorted the issue out for us.

Everything was excellent - from the food and drink, to the location, to the size of the room, to the friendliness of the staff. Would highly recommend staying here.

Only a five minute drive to the town of Zakynthos or Laganas and a short walk from Kalamaki beach. The kids loved the pool. The rooms are quite spacious and have a well equipped kitchen. Good breakfast at reasonable prices. Overall extremely good value for money and a no-brainer reservation for our next visit to this beautiful island.

1. The name of the hotel we were hosted was different than the one in booking.com. The location on booking.com was not correct. Both should be corrected. We have never had any such issues with other venues on booking.com 2. There was more than awful smell coming from the bathroom and spreading across the whole apartment. Although the apartment was located on the ground floor, the feeling was like being underground with not enough light in the kitchen and bedrooms. 3. The furniture of the room was old and rusty. The plumping of the upperstore rooms was passing through one of the bedrooms, and it was not possible to sleep properly. 4. There were ants & spiders in the room 5. Although it must be true for venues in Zakynthos it is worth mentioning that the tab water was solty, and you feel your skin as if coming directly from the sea.

The best thing for this hotel was the Mediterranean restaurant owned by the same owner, located nearby.

We only had a cleaner once and towells changed once during our stay, and that was only after we asked for it to happen. been around the world and stayed is some rough hotels but still had better cleaning service.

Loved the pool, location and staff were great, especially Eddie.

Cleaning is made every 3rd day and after cleaning was made I found still my hair in the bathroom, close to the bed Towels are old and grey Breakfast is very expensive, 1 croissant and a coffe 7 euros ( more than Rome city center )

Cold water, separeted mattresses in the double bad, bad (0) wifi connection. We left a silver earrings on the bed back, when we went back some ours later it wasn’t there, probably the cleaning lady take it and lied to her boss who held his back for her. It was a bad experience for the end.
