Comfortable bed, clean room. Beautiful and calm place.

Not a great amount of space for self catering but adequate crockery cutlery etc and perfect for keeping cold drinks and making tea/coffee. I didn’t need any more. Some noise from nearby properties but only to be expected from location.

Very clean and comfortable. Comfortable bed - not too hard like most beds in Greece! Nice linen and towels. Maid service every second day with clean towels. Well stocked up with toiletries, wash up liquid etc. Water in fridge on arrival and a selection of local sweets/cookies. Great location for walking to village and harbour - about 15 minutes. Fotini was very helpful before and during my stay.

The negative was where it was situated, very noisy with cars ,buses bikes, all the time,late at night and early morning , and constant barking from dogs,

We loved the accommodation, and the room was spotless . Cleanliness was superb, Little gift in room was very touching. A big thank you .

The hotplate was very slow to warm up but we only used it for boiled eggs in the morning so no big problem.

Bathroom excellent, very comfy beds, friendly host, excellent position. Very good place to stay.

Could have had a safe but only a tiny thing!

I honestly can't think of anything that jarred or niggled here, it was a great stay..

Good location close to the village, set back from the main road so quiet. Kitchenette was well equipped. Lovely welcome gifts of traditional specialities - and cold water in the fridge. The ceiling fan was very effective, meaning that we could scale back on using the aircon as the weather turned a little cooler. Nice shower. Pleasant garden and courtyard. Our terrace, although small and close to our neighbours', was very private. All in all, this is excellent value and very well run accommodation.

Honestly nothing

The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The room has a lovely patio area to relax and have breakfast etc. The location was perfect in that it is just a short walk from all the vibe and activities and yet quiet enough to sleep well. The host (Fotini) was super friendly and efficient. We loved everything about the place and will definately book there again if we are in Kassiopi

The "kitchenette" was clearly very old and wasn't even capable of cooking pasta. Our toilet/shower room smelled bad a lot of the time. The toilet leaked. After all this, one of the hosts wasn't particularly pleasant towards us. Nor were they really unpleasant, however, when we asked for a few basic things(e.g. bin bags) or how their day was, the response was usually pretty poor, as if we shouldn't ask those questions. Perhaps our good nature was taken for granted slightly. We weren't provided with an iron in our room, despite having an ironing board, and couldn't get one at short notice. We briefly met and corresponded online with another host who seemed very nice and welcoming.

The bed was very comfy. Lots of places to put clothes and many hangers for us. The air con, fan, and curtains all worked well. The back garden was great. The apartment was clean. The place was good for a large group. The location was fantastic. The fridge worked well and we were left some cold water and nice treats upon arrival. The building was generally very attractive with nice outdoor seating areas.

The owner was discreet; we didnt see her much but she made sure everything was perfect for us, including cleaning and fresh towels every day. Very close to town centre but outside the chaos. Recently refurbished. Nice small patio for evening or morning sit downs and nice communal areas.

I wish we had a broom to swep the floor, and since there is a little kitchen it would have been nice to get some salt and oil.

Tha patio was perfect to enjoy a nice breakfast under the olive tree. The wire to hang your towels to dry was extremely helpful and necessary wish there was a washing machine though for all the guests.

Quite location 5 minutes walk to the centre, with free on site parking. Modern apartment with comfortable bed & lovely shower. Our second visit - will not be our last.

Shower had a tendency to flood out of the cubicle because of slow drainaway, but that's Greek plumbing for you

one really minor minor thing is that more hooks to hang your wet towels or bathing suits would be beneficial since many go to Kassiopi for the nice bathing possibilities. But that is a minor thing :) we really enjoyed our stay!

We really liked the location. it was not in the central Kassiopi, however, that was not a problem at all because it took us 3 minutes to go down the road and find the restaurants and tavernas. A benefit from being a bit off the Center was that it is very quiet during night, because it is very quite lively in the nights in the centre of Kassiopi. very nice to have the little veranda outside of the room as well since it felt very open. really clean and fresh bathroom and bed! amazing room cleaning and fresh ups every second day, that we did not expect. Extremely price worthy!

The location was just a couple of hundred mts from the resort which made it nice and quiet if you had a baby. The owners were always available if you needed anything, advice, timings of trips etc. And they were so friendly.

Family run apartments in a quiet area just 5 minutes to the centre, modern and with everything you needed there, the added bonus is free parking on site. Will not hesitate to stay with them again.
