There was nothing to dislike about the property.

It was everything they said it would be! Centrally located in Fira. Rooms were small but functional and comfortable. The view of Santorini and water was wonderful. The hot tub did not disappoint after a long day of walking. The hotel concierges, Sophia and Dimitri, handled all of our requests quickly and efficiently whether that was arranging for a rental car, winery tour or general transportation.

The room size, the bathroom and the indoor cave jetted tub 😍. The accessibility to the hotel was difficult but thats what you expect to have the experience of a life time with a tremendously beautiful view of caldera. Thanks Sofia.

Breakfast could be better organised, lack of privacy. Also you need to be aware that access is not good if you have any joint issues, there are loads of steps.

Great reception staff, doubled up as reps for our visit. Such lovely, helpful people. We had a super stay because of them.

The entire property is so beautiful! The location is great. Very accessible from the town centre. Fira is the capital town and the property is well placed within that. The room was spacious with everything that you need and a wonderful breathtaking view that you will surely miss after your holiday! The staff was so helpful and accommodating, made it so easy for us to navigate Santorini, by providing tips and maps etc. Special thanks to Dimitris and Sofia for making our stay memorable!

The indoor spa was cold and therefore we did not use it. I wouldn’t recommend spending the extra money for this facility in your accommodation.

The staff were very welcoming and at hand to help. We got received from when we got off the taxi and our luggage was transported to our rooms. We received the best service we could have asked for. The staff are remarkable. I would like to thank the from our group of 13 people to the manager Dimitri and the receptionist Dmitri and Sofia. The team went above and beyond to make our time special. The team help us celebrate my mums birthday and she had the best time.

We loved it all.

We loved our honeymoon stay. We realised that we had a fabulous location in comparison to the other hotels. It was walking distance into the centre but no noise coming from the centre which was great. The views in the morning were just unbelievable. The most surprising sight was watching the donkeys cross down the path near us in the morning heading off to work at 9am. The breakfast was exactly what we needed to be set up for the day so so fresh. The staff especially Rita was just so nice and kind to us. The male caretaker (I didn't get his name) was very accommodating to us ensuring we didn't need anything. The mini bar was so reasonable and ideal for us to enjoy a drink at sunset. The hot tub outside was actually more private and larger than other apartments upon observation. We just loved the hotel so sad to leave. We loved watching the different cruise ships appear every day so for us the chilled out holiday with some romantic moments on our private terrace was just amazing. Thank you so much.

The suites are on top of each other, which means that your neighbors can see you and you can see the others. We came during the low season so several people have access to the property around for some renovation. As so, you do not have much privacy either when you are in the pool or in your room. Our neighbors also came on our balcony for their breakfast whereas it was supposed to be our private area. The lack of privacy and the fact that your neighbors are just next to you was not worth this amount of money. Also, even though we were ready for the check out 10 minutes before 11:00, we felt pushed away both from the host and the cleaning lady, which is not very pleasant when you spend this amount of money. But to be fair, it is still a very beautiful suite.

The view from the room is simply amazing ; the best view of Fira without any doubt. The suite we rented had its own big private pool which a must. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets. It is super well located as it is in the center of the city center so everything is next to you. Breakfast is also varied with top products. Wines, beers and coffee are at your disposal in the room if you pay extra money.

Everything was perfect during the stay. The Owners were very helpful and very attentive towards all our needs. They made the stay very comfortable.The room was excellent with all amazing amenities that I have not experienced before. The view was exceptional. The breakfast was too delicious and customised. Wish I’d booked a view room. The interior room had no windows.

Daily breakfast was great, fresh made omelettes, fruits, juices. The food service arrived right on time. The accommodations were clean, relatively spacious, and comfortable. The hot tub wasn’t as warm as I would’ve expected and I wish I’d booked a vroom with a view. Otherwise, no problems.

The bed was hard which isn’t my preference but that’s a preference thing.

Especially since I was traveling in the winter, it was really nice to have private amenities. George and his staff were great. The center of Fira was definitely the right call in the winter.
