We've had bad luck because we went before the opening of the pool, so we couldn't use it.

The place is amazing. Not too distant from the main street with all the shops and restaurants, but still very peaceful and quiet. The beach in front of the hotel is also very nice - you can spot some wild chamomile there! The breakfast is really tasty.

We recently enjoyed a four-night stay at Del Ray Vila and were thoroughly impressed. The villa boasts a very modern and minimalistic design that is both clean and comfortable. One of the highlights was the amazing view—waking up to the sight of the sea each morning was truly breathtaking. The location of the villa is ideal, nestled away from the crowds yet still within a 5-10 minute walk from Paralia city center. Additionally, we appreciated the convenience of having bikes, which allowed us to explore Olympic Beach as well. The host was incredibly accommodating, providing us with a late check-out that was much appreciated. Although the beach bar and pool were closed during our visit, we are eager to return and experience these amenities when they are open in the season. Overall, Del Ray Vila is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to enjoy a serene yet convenient location near Paralia, and we highly recommend it for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

There is nothing that I have to comment about it as we enjoyed it 100%.

I really loved this location! I believe it was perfect for our late summer vacation. We have always tried to avoid Paralia area, because it is known to be full of tourists and the beach is very crowded. But we found this place that is far from the city center, with a blue beach right in front of the hotel, with its own restaurant and pool (if you don't feel adventurous for the sea), with amazingly nice staff and clean and cozy rooms. We will definitely get back here next year!

The only thing that we didn’t like was that the staff didn’t clean the room every day and to be real for 6 nights stay the room was cleaned 2 times, but otherwise it was very good!

It was new, clean and comfortable. Our room (with pool access) had big balcony.

If there are small points to mention then it would be that the climatization in our room was placed very unluckily and blew the cold air directly towards the bed, which definitely caused the risk of catching a cold during the night. Also the ventilation in the bathroom was quite noisy when it was windy. And if you have to rely on the bus which in theory leaves directly in front of the accomodation, plan with a lot of extra time, cause they basically arrive whenever they want!

It was simply amazing and worth every cent! The house and the rooms are super modern and beautiful. We loved our big balcony with direct view on the sea! You just had to leave your apartment and cross a small street and you were immediately at the clean sand beach. As a hotel guest you also got a free beanbag or beach lounger under a personal little shelter at the beach. Another cool thing was the big, super clean and beautiful pool in the backyard of the residence. If you needed some food or souvenirs or simply wanted to go out in the evening, Paralia center was just 5 minutes away by foot.

We liked everything : the room, garden, swimming pool, staff, facilities. Very helpful Manager and customer oriented. The location is situated 5 minutes walking distance from the city center. The private garden is amaizing and includes 2 chairs, 1 table and 2 sunbeds. We enjoyed a lot our stay at Del Rey .

It was a really nice hotel! Only about 7 rooms but felt very exclusive. The team were excellent and in particular the evening security guard who was very chatty.

Super new and clean property. The pool is best in the whole Katerini area. It was very smart decision to stay 300 meters away from Paralia for the reason that it is very quiet and on huge private beach dedicated for the Del Rey guests. Whatever time you go to the beach - you will always find a spot to sit.

We actually liked not being in the center of the village. The village with many Tavernas were 5-7 min walks.

We had a room with see view and a balcony. The property was very close to the beach where there were comfy chairs and umbrellas to keep you out of the sun - wonderfully kept and clean sandy beach. There was also a new pool at the bottom of the stair.

Musty smell in WC/shower room so had to leave the fan on most of the time. Shower didn't drain quickly so a blockage there might be a cause... Room was fine for 2 nights but we ended up spending a lot of time in it due to gastro illness (nothing to do with the hotel) so its limitations in size and build quality became more apparent. Poor sound proofing, AC didn't work initially due to faulty connection ( sorted immediately by the manager when reported) and the light fitting was poorly installed - all of this lowered the sense of quality that the design clearly aims for.

Quiet spot with hugh beach just across the road. Friendly and attentive staff. Great relaxed feel to the place and a clear sense of style throughout. Weather wasn't great during our stay so between that and feeling unwell we didn't get much use of the pool area but it looked great!
