When welcoming the guests I felt like a lack of information about the room and the environment. Providing this information would be a big plus.

I really enjoyed the variety of choice for breakfast. Next to that, the room is very spacious, modern and clean.

When we booked they informed us that the hotel was not open for the season yet, so they offered a room to a different hotel of the group (Delfina Tropic), really close to our original booking. We agreed, since there were no added fees. To be honest it was an upgrade! So the comments are for the hotel we stayed. Lovely hotel and very friendly staff. When we asked for information and suggestions they were very happy to help. The room was amazing and the food even better. We really enjoyed our stay.

Most of desserts had a weird taste. It would be good to have an option of scrambled eggs. Our room was a bit loud as it was facing the side road.

The staff at Delfina Boutique Hotel were amazing they made me feel looked after, safe and very friendly, as a lone traveller this was very important to me.The breakfast and dinner buffet is great. The dinner buffet they varied the food which I enjoyed. The hotel and pool was very quiet in September. The beach was 5 minute walk and you paid £3 for a lounger for the day. The room was cleaned everyday, new bedding and towels which I was very impressed by. The balcony view is of the mountains and opposite a restaurant which 1 night played live Greek music. I would recommend this hotel as they showed fantastic hospitality and made me feel right at home. Thank you!

our bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly and was old, with a curtain with mould. However, our friends stayed in an upgrade room and had a renovated new bathroom. the Kitchen is not equipped with anything, no cutlery, no plates, nothing.

the staff was very nice and polite, always smiling and willing to help. the food options at breakfast and dinner were very good and you get a chance to try Greek traditional food. the and pillows were comfortable. location is good to explore other areas too. the room is cleaned daily and towels changed daily.

cleaning - I think daily cleaning can be improved as the cleaning lady only changes towels and that's it. our sheets have not been changed more than 3 days. bathroom facilities

very friendly staff.- We have arrived quite late and the person in the reception was welcomed us and he was quite friendly and kind, served our meal and showed our room,explained everything even it was 2am at night. It was very kind of him. All other staff members were soooo friendly and helpful. breakfast and dinner- amazing and quite variate of meals and all of them was quite delicious.And meals were different each day, which was perfect. location- close the beach with 5 min walking distance, the beach was quite nice and clear water on spot.

The suite we had for a family of five was very comfortable. We enjoyed the fruit basket, wine, and water upon arrival. It was nice to go to breakfast each morning and end the day with a dinner. The hotel staff were very attentive and accommodating. We were very thankful to our late checkout.
