This is an excellent family run hotel. Anna Maria and Thomas are wonderful hosts! The rooms and view of the harbour are clean and comfortable (serviced daily). If you are going to visit Patmos I thoroughly recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious and had a great view out over the water and harbour. Beds were comfortable. Hosts were so nice and friendly. We were sorry we only stayed 3 nights, maybe longer next year!!

Very good location. Very clean. The room was cleaned every day and towels were changed every day. Ana Maria who is the manager was very kind and helpful. We are so pleased and if we plan to go again to Patmos we will stay in the same Hotel for sure.

A mere 50m from the ferry port makes this an ideal location. Add to this extremely helpful and friendly staff (thanks Anna Maria) and a spotless room with private balcony and views across the bay and you have a real winner! Strongly recommended!

The only thing that could be improve is the space for the shower in the bathroom. Nothing else to add.

Hotel is managed by super friendly brother and sister! Position is few minutes walking from the harbour and our room had a wonderful balcony with sea view. Room and common area very well cleaned everyday!

We stayed 7 nights at the hotel, the room was very clean at the beginning and cleaned every day. The location of the hotel was ideal as it was so close to the center of Skala but without any noise! The staff was very friendly and helpful, they gave us the best guidance to visit and eat at the best places. Thank you Anna-Maria and Thomas for the hospitality, we loved our vacations here and we will come back again! We would definitely recommend this hotel!

The location, the staff were fantastic. The siblings managing the property do an excellent job. The rooms are small but the usual in the islands. They are very clean and comfortable.

Extremely good value, family-run accommodation. Conveniently located at the end of the harbour but away from the bustle & noise - 5 min walk to the ferry port, town square, bus stop, taxi rank. 20 min walk to Meloi beach. Spotless clean, comfortable bed, fridge, A/C & good wi-fi. Small private shower room (wet room) with plenty of hot water and complimentary shower gels. Private balcony overlooking the sea. Extremely friendly & helpful staff, complimentary guidebooks & maps. The hotel also has a very pleasant bar with seafront tables. I would have no hesitation in staying again.

A great little hotel , a minutes walk from the ferry port but just around the corner so there is no noise. A well kept modern room, with a balcony,kettle and fridge. Room was serviced everyday All the staff were really helpful and pleasant.highly recommended

Only downside was not being able to get a breakfast in the hotel. Although plenty of places close by.

Location close to port. Friendly and efficient. Clean and comfortable room, with a nice little balcony. Tables on the beach for relaxing drink. Also private seating area to the rear to catch the afternoon sun.

We stayed in a very nice and clean room with comfy beds and a balcony with sea view. Excellent location. It's just a two minutes walk to the port. There are many restaurants nearby. A nice sandy beach is within easy walking distance as well. The hotel is run by a very friendly, helpful and hospitable family. Recommended!

Basic bathroom, limited power outlets, none by the bed. Bit noisy due to port-side location and adjacent restaurants.
