The room was spacious and the bed was one of the most comfortable we have had on Crete. The staff was very helpful. The place is a destination in and of itself.

From the moment we booked ‘day of’ at a great rate (especially for Crete and a resort of this caliber). It’s beauty and serenity belied a joyful side and much music and art yet to be had! The staff responded immediately via phone to a late arrival at sunset. Already there were a few people there at the cafe listening to traditional music. The room had everything we needed and a stunning view! (Look for Mountain View room on booking) we were welcomed and the next morning decided to stay another night. At breakfast (delicious and simple, but dependable continental breakfast with fresh orange juice, graviera cheese, yogurt, boiled eggs, coffee! We asked to stay another night and they luckily had an opening and kept us in same room! Right nearby there are ruins, more mountain views, archaeology/mitatas. We hiked to Mt Psiloritis summit next day and returned in perfect time to be able to see the very owner Vasili playing traditional Cretan music. We are fried mushrooms and Cretan salad while they played in the cafe. The views, the aromatic plants/arboretum, the church, the mule - everything we wanted and more. Not boisterous, great for solo/couples,small families. A real taste of Cretan mountains. Highly recommend. Will come again to delina! A+++++ 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Although announced until 9pm the reception was closed when we arrived at 7pm. Had to wait for the waitress coming from the nearby restaurant (it was 5 minutes, but of uncertainty). Beautiful room had probably open windows before we came, there were 2 flies, 2 spiders and the worst of all a lizard which my wife is scared of...off...we had to kill them all. There is a whirpool tub in the bathroom but using its shower means either sit inside like a rabbit or have all the bathroom splashed by water. Front doors too heavy to lock and unlock. Rather poor breakfast, everyday the same toast and eggs model.

The location is charming! It is a complete gateway from the Cretan beach mode. Just you, the hills and mountain goats... Rooms are nice, perfectly furnished and decorated, feels like home in it. Staff attending but just to fill their work. Halfboard option was fine, meat was ok. Enough of parking place. Night Greek live music events during the weekends are special. Great atmosphere.

Definitely the best view in the area, looking at the sunset with a drink is magical. The hotel itself, being secluded on the hill gives a special vibe, perfect to relax. Accommodation is as per advertised, comfortable and clean and with a nice balcony for those with a Mountain View. Friendly staff, family vibe

there are no restaurants nearby, so we ate at the hotel restaurant. we were a little surprised that there were no options for vegetarian main dishes. so we ate a table full of starters :)

The place is not very well maintained.

It is really well situated in the mountains, the view is breathtaking, we had a huge balcony and a big room. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet of the place

The road that in some points after the highway is scary because guard rails are missing

Since the arrival late at night we had an excellent support and room service. In addition the breakfast and the hospitality has been fabulous for sure a place to go back.

Not the hotels fault at all but some facilities are closed due to covid! So check if the indoor pool is open!

Would have been nice if the pool was open but understand that it wasn't because of Covid restrictions.

Everything - very good food, wonderful views, a calm and tranquil atmosphere. Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was large and comfortable. And there was a sweet little donkey!!

we booked the place because it offered spa, pool and massages upon booking. turned out massage will only be available when summer season starts, hammam and sauna are at extra cost, and in the pool the “jacuzzi” part was not working :/ in the room all remote controles (tv, aircon) not working.

Great location, views breathtaking, we got a free upgrade of the room, staff at the reception very helpful and welcoming, enjoyed the welcome drink and sweets upon arrival :) room was very spacious and comfortable, had a good sleep.

There were no cold water in the bath so we have to have the shower with a hot or very hot water... that was a very uncomfortable thing !

Surrounding area is degraded by over grazing by sheep and goats and in general the area around Anogeia is littered with rubbish.(bottles, plastic, coffee cups etc) The hotel is great, staff super friendly and helpful. I worried about the fish in the Enetiko pool, which spent a lot of time with heads and tails out of the water, or leaping out. I thought perhaps the water is not oxygenated sufficiently

The resort has everything you could possibly need, the staff super helpful and polite. The room was lovely, peaceful, super comfy bed. I want to come back again.
