Everything it was superb!!

This property was absolutely beautiful. Me and my husband stayed here for 5 nights and it was perfect . Anamaria and Nico her husband was so welcoming and friendly . They gave us lots of ideas for trips and days out and were really helpful . They made sure we had everything we needed and checked in with us to make sure we comfortable and happy . On our last day we had a night flight and check out was 11am Anamaria and Nico let us store our bags until we needed to leave so we wasn’t carrying them around with us all day . The property was lovely and clean and there were complementary snacks and wine on arrival . We were delighted with our stay wonderful place and wonderful people !!!

The water in the jacuzzi was a bit too chilly to enjoy it in the evenings — which were cool when we visited in March — but we noticed that none of the (many) jacuzzis on the island were occupied in the evenings, so this clearly is par for the course and makes sense from an energy consumption perspective. We still spent plenty of time in the jacuzzi in the afternoons and found the temperature of the water to be perfect then — just something to note if you’re planning a visit before the start of the main season.

Check-in was easy and we were warmly welcomed by the hosts, who were friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. The house itself is very cozy and functional for a couple — we had everything we needed, including a lovely welcome basket with wine and snacks — and the jacuzzi and outdoor lounge area with a view on the Caldera was the highlight of our entire trip. The location is also exceptional — just a few steps to the castle and many of the wonderful restaurants in Oia.

Anamaria and Nico were excellent hosts. They made everything perfect for us. We loved our stay here. The view, the privacy was just perfect. We will be coming back.

The location, hospitality of Anamaria and constant communication. Anamaria set a gold standard for service in our books. She deserves a HUGE raise for working selflessly at the property in service of the guests. We had to checkout at 5 am for a 630 am flight - she was there in person - it was cold and super windy morning. Even arranged for help transporting my heavy bulky luggage. (Do not take bulky big check-in type suitcase to Oia - you will regret it like I did)

The location was perfect. the hot tub was working and made our stay even better. The staff was amazing and helpful with car rental down to a gift basket specially made for us. I will go back any day. The room was spacious, the bathroom was very nice and so clean. I would recommend staying here, we loved it so much.

Nothing at all. 100% happy with our stay

The apartment has a distinctive mediterrean vibe, with lots of natural light, light color interior decorations. We love our stay here and would wholeheartly recommend this hotel to everybody. Location is perfect, only less than 3 mins walk to Castle of Oia, which is the sunrise and sunset watching point. From the apartment, you can easily explore Oia by foot and return quickly for quick rest stops. The apartment is fully equipped and the kitchen has everything you need to cook here. We visited Oia offseason so we need to drive 15km for supermarket but we have a rented car and the island is so beautiful for driving around. The hosts (both husband and wife) are so welcoming and lovely. They even provided us a lot of free stuffs including a big bottle of wine.

The location is about 18 kilometres away from the airport and sometimes you can't depend on public transportation. The cost of private taxi is 50 Euros between property and airport .

Perfect location. Jacuzzi is great. The host also helped to arrange taxi to airport, and luggage (which is a huge plus). Definitely will recommend to friends.

The host were very friendly, helpful and considerate. She went extra miles to arrange transportation. My mum is 72 and having some difficulty to walk and Anamaria let her us know walking route to avoid any danger.

Anna Maria and Niko arranged travel for us from the airport, met us at the drop off point, and helped us with our bags to the suite. They showed us the ins and outs and were incredibly kind and accommodating! They helped us with recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed. I cannot say better things about our hosts. They went above and beyond to make sure we were very well taken care of during our stay in Oia. The property was BEAUTIFUL and so homey and clean. The view is of the caldera and we woke up every morning to the beautiful sunrise with coffee and breakfast. We will definitely come back and stay here when we return to Oia! We loved Delta Suites, Anna Maria and Niko!

Behaviour of host is very Good and polite. Everything was fantastic. Location of the Visa is the centre of Oia and few steps 20 to 30 steps from Sunset veiw.

Absolutely everything. I couldnt fault anything in the room. Our hosts were incredible ,Pop and hubby went out of their way to make us welcome and help in anyway they could. Restaurant a few mins walk and breathtaking views of the Caldera and loved the hot tub pool. I hope to go back soon

The cave suite was very unique and pretty, it also had amazing sunrise views!🌅 The location was great, very close to the sunset spot too! 🥰Anamaria and her husband were very friendly and helpful with our requests! Really enjoyed our stay there!😊 Would love to come back to stay here again! ❤️

Gorgeous property that looks just like the photos. The concierge and her husband were extremely friendly and helpful with our bags. They ever got us set up with a ride back to the airport, and scheduled a private winery tour. I highly recommend Delta Suites!

the host managers couple are so nice! they met me at the taxi drop off and checked us in in person really late, almost midnight. they helped us get small changes, the house is super cute! my daughter and I loved it so much!

Not easy to get to by car. Need to unload luggages and carries down steep steps

Excellent location at Oia Best spot to see sunset 2 minutes to the castle for the breath taking view Accommodation is a cave hotel, excellent jacuzzi Managers Anamaria and Nikos are super friendly and helpful.
