Only our mattress was not very comfortable.

Very nice hotel. Very friendly staff. They clean the rooms and change the towels. The terrace was comfortable to spend time in the evening. The location is close to the beach and not in the crowded area. We totally recommend this property. Very good value for the price.

Everything, the host is super friendly and polite. The Wifi was very bad, but with the help of the host we found a way to solve that issue. I hope next year when we come again that the Wifi will be stronger :)

Wonderful stay at an amazing location! The studio is situated in a quiet and convenient area (about 7 min walk to the closest part of the beach and 10-12 - to the center). Spacious and functional furnished studio with a well equipped kitchenette, bathroom and a large balcony. High quality wifi. The studio was cleaned daily, towels changed every two days and linens - every three. Plenty of space to park the car close to the hotel. Evi, the hostess, is very friendly, polite, helped us a lot to solve problems and gave useful advices. Good value for the price. Thank you for the hospitality!

I would have liked to be able to stay more days. I can't say anything bad about Denis Studios, everything was great.

Good value for money. There are no problems with parking spaces in this area. You can leave by car without any problems for a walk and on your return you will find a parking space. The kitchenette is fully equipped - cutlery, glasses, pan, pot and kettle - all you need you'll find. I had a very good refrigerator, an electric kettle for water and a stove, you can prepare all your meals here, a sink with detergent and a sponge. We only prepared breakfast because you can eat at taverns at good prices. You can eat on the balcony of the room with a beautiful view, or outside near the location on the grass. There are also playgrounds for children. Breakfast was not included, but having the large refrigerator and fully equipped kitchenette, we prepared breakfast ourselves. We will definitely come back in the coming years if we find free rooms at Denis Studios.

The kitchenette is tiny, even if well equipped. So do not expect to cook for your family there three times a day, unless your bring your extendable table.

A nice, cosy room, well equipped kitchenette. Spaces to have long late night discussions without disturbing your neighbors in the interior courtyard. Very friendly and smiley owner.

The location is wonderful! Extremely clean, beautiful, with a great view, a garden with places to eat outside, inside the building, a big balcony in every room and a very professional cleaning service. The owner is very friendly and helpful! I have no words to thank her for everything she did for us. She welcomed us in a very polite and warm manner even if we were like 2 hours late and she had to wait for us all this time. Moreover, we received free fruits, nuts and sweets from her, and very good advice from where to buy traditional products! I thank you so much to Denis Studios & Apartments for their WONDERFUL services! When we will have the possibility, we will definitely come back! For anybody wants to visit and discover Paralia, this location will be the perfect place to stay!

Nice and very clean apartment at the outskirt of Paralia Katerinis, which is appreciated if you need a calm space close in this very populated area. The space is new and modern with all basic needs. No unnecessary things, but fen was there, which my wife appreciated. It is very easy to find and to park your car. The host is superb.

The bed was a little hard and not so comfortable.

A very nice hotel in the quiet, new part of the town, 15 mins away walking from the tourist center and taverns of Paralia. In the hotel - a very pleasant large terrace, extremely polite and nice host. The room was clean and cozy. Beautiful spot with tables to eat or drink directly on the soft grass in the small park (lawn) just in front of the building.

With all honesty, I loved everything about this place! Excellent staff and excellent conditions 100% times better then at home!! Amazing view, you can see both the beach and the mountain. Big thanks to the lady at the desk for being very kind to us and thanks too all the frappes!
