Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

AustraliaIt's a little bit away from some of the main areas of the island however it's a nice area and you can walk to shops and the beach.
The accommodation is very nice and comfortable. The hosts are very welcoming and kind people. They went above and beyond for us.

BelgiumThe kitchenette is really that: a kitchenette. There is not enough space for serious cooking, but you shouldn't expect that. Go to the Gorgona tavern nearby, instead!
The interior design was really neat. The serene (really) layout of the rooms and used colour and materials are proof of good taste. The big shower was extremely comfortable, while the two terraces were really convenient.

FranceThe hot tub doesn't heat, and despite my request, nothing has been done. We chose this villa for the hot tub so we were disappointed, plus the weather did not allow us to swim in the sea, that's why. It was raining the first night, and the water infiltrated the roof, the floor, and our luggage were wet. I bet it doesn't rain often but unlucky for us.
The villa is really stunning. Good job with that ! Really calm and close to the sea. Ultra clean and well equipped

I was there with my husband and we had a blast, the room was beyond our expectations and the generous host of the owner gave an unxpected bonus! the bathroom and the room was recent rennovated and we had more then what we expected.I will definitely go back as I was amazed with the value for money the cleaningnes and the space of the apartment. the host and staff were one of kind and they helped with all our questions by phone or chat.

The view was gorgeous and had an excellent surrounding, the room was comfy and spacious and recent renovated! I was amazed with the hospitality and how clean everything was. the staff and the owner overwelmed us with our stay,the wifi was quick and eficient for working from our room as we were digital nomads. we totally recomend and we are looking forward for our stay next time

SpainVery nice and calm stay. The apartment was amazing, very comfortable and well decorated. The owner, Gianis, extremely nice and welcoming. They clean the apartment every day. It is 5 min walking from the beach, there is a small supermarket and lots of restaurants very close as well. Totally recommended!

Our stay with my wife and my two kids (3 & 5 years old) was amazing. This is a family business with great hospitality by the owners (they treated us with vegetables and fresh eggs upon our arrival). Perfect location ( 300 meters from Agia Anna beach- walking distance for sure) and very clean room (every day service). The location of the apartments is in a quite, rural field away from busy streets but only a step away from everything you need from Agia Anna. I totally recommend the property. We will come back for sure Giannis. Thank you for everything!!!!!

RussiaThe only thing that could be improved is the WIFI network - the network is silly, it works slowly.
Wonderful and lovely staff who replied to all our issues. The friendly woman made up our apartments on a daily basis changing the towels and bedsheets. The apartments were pretty well-equipped: kitchen and bath towels, frying fab and saucepans, cezve, flatware, cups, glasses, and wine glasses. What we lack was a knife for cooking and a corkscrew (it was broken). The location is wonderful: silent, far from the main road (so no noise), with sea and field views and parking lots. It takes 5-6 minutes to get to the sea on foot, the nearest supermarket and restaurant are also 5-6 minutes away. To sum up, we relaxed so much and hope to return next year! Awesome place, people, and atmosphere - thanks a lot!

AustraliaThere was NO signage at all. To find it was really hard for me. There are no street signs that I saw or a sign on the building. (This is my only concern and easily fixed)
It was quiet and spacious. The verandah was nice to sit in the sun. It overall was very good.

United KingdomHad not heard from owners before arrival and they did not reply to my messages which made obtaining keys tricky. They were cleaning the apartment on arrival but happy for us to leave our bags, which was very helpful. One sign for accom on the main road but nothing after so took a while to find. No provision of info on Naxos in apartment.
Lovely view from the private balcony, especially for sunset Bottle of water in the fridge on arrival Good A/C Nice owners (son/mother combo), friendly and offered to drive us with luggage to the bus stop Good location- walkable to beach in 5mins. Good location to access other areas too if you have your own transport Parking available
