How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

The breakfast buffet was very basic. At an hotel of this standard I'd expect a little more variety. The location is in a town roan with traffic and nothing nice to see.
I booked an extra large room and that it was. It also had a roofed balcony with a table and 2 chairs. The room was modern with a very nice bathroom. Everything new and in good shape. I felt very good there, being alone, yet this room could accommodate more people. There are some parking spaces reserved for guests.

The hotel was in the center of Drama, there was a free parking place in front of hotel. The Hotel owner was always there and happy to serve people.

Possibility for parking is very poor. There is just 2 parking places in front of the hotel, which could be enough for 2 small cars. Finding free parking spots in Drama is very hard generally. Good thing is that there is a paid parking very close to the hotel 2-3 minutes walk.

The reception staff was not speaking good English so it was challenging to communicate. The breakfast was poor

It was a lovely stay. I went to attend the Drama International Film Festival. It was very convinient as it is walking distance from the centre. The staff was friendly and lovely. The room was very modern, clean and big. I would definitely book again.

Sometimes there was a lot of noise outside our door. I am not sure if it was the staff or other guests.
The hotel is close to the city center. The room was big enough. There was an office available as well in case you need to work. Breakfast was fair.

There is no view from the balcony (if that's what you're looking for).

The hotel is situated near the central part of the city but the place is quite and calm. The rooms are large enough even bigger than usual. The beds are comfortable and clean. The people at the reception are very kind and cooperative. There is a free parking place in front of the hotel

Very central location. Rooms are very big, clean and new. Feels more like home than a hotel room. People were also very nice, helpful and kind. Would recommend it and if we were to visit Drama again, this would be the place we would choose. Also pet friendly🥰🥰

During my first stay in Drama, I was most satisfied with the quality of the hotel which is centrally located in a quiet neighbourhood. The staff were friendly and very helpful by providing detailed information about the city. The bedroom was spacious and clean and there was a good selection at the breakfast buffet.

They need to change the shower, was broken and water was coming out, near tubes... And toilet seat was broken and old A little more attetion, to some small details...will improve the quality.

High quality of room, bed, equipment, bathroom. Really special. Have stayed in other 4 or 5 star hotels in Greece that didn’t show this quality. Big balcony on quiet street, windows soundproof so you can definitely relax. We did. Special thanks to the lady at reception who did on top offer speciality for breakfast. “Me gia sas” this quality hotel. We will come back.

everything is very old inside. some things are broken. many things are just a patchwork. sure to the old, shabby state it also doesn't feel or look clean. sounds isolation between rooms is very bad. price is not justified.
