The breakfast buffet, in my opinion, is somewhat lacking and appears to be carelessly arranged. The beds are - I didn't measure them - very short. I would say a maximum of 1.9m. Additionally, the mattresses are incredibly poor. After two nights, both of us had back pain. What is truly disappointing, however, is the heavily advertised yet severely restricted access to the rooftop terrace. It closes very early. The whole thing is justified by safety concerns.

Bathrooms a little tired, in need of update. Not a lot of room around the rooftop pool but adequate for a quick dip.

The only thing that they could do , is to fix the Smell that comes from the drain of bathroom . It Wasn’t Pleasant Because was a really strong smell .

TV super small and hardly worked. Couldn't even connect an Amazon fire stick to it. Had to go to the lobby many times to get my room key to work.

hotel could be a little bit renovated especially the bathrooms. it‘s not bad, but also not the latest anymore. walls are very thin, can probably hear every neighbour through it, especially the door open and closing.

very friendly employees and hospitality is great! the hotel is perfectly and literally in the center of Zante city. they also offer a tourist guide and services at the hotel. breakfast fast delicious and a lot of varities.

Pool was very welcome although rather small (maximum of 4 people at a time). Some bedrooms had been updated but ours was not one of them and therefore felt rather old fashioned.

Excellent, friendly, helpful staff. Room was available on arrival, even though we were early, which was really lovely. We also asked for a late check-out which was accommodated and much appreciated! Lovely bar on the roof with great cocktails and efficient, friendly staff.

The rooms : nice but not updated for a 4stars hotel. In the bathroom the door handle was rusty. Not enough hangers. It will be nice to have a bottle of water in the room. Breakfast : nice. Big variety but it could be improved with fresh coffees and orange juice. Staff : big Kudos to Sofia at the front desk. Helpful and professional. Overall the Stay was good, but there is room for improvement for a 4star.

What I didn't like was breakfast and the tiny bathroom. For other reasons I strongly recommend Diana Hotel because of the central location, because of the personal wich was very kind, and rooms very clean. Congratulations Hotel Diana!!

very noisy, thin walls. pool and pool area smaller than looked in photos but lovely and quiet. as two friends travelling together, we specifically booked a triple room to ensure we would have separate beds. for the first night, we were given a double room and told that was standard if only two people had booked it but we could have a triple room the following day, which they did. don’t know how true that was but worth bearing in mind when selecting rooms.

Only one thing which let it down from 10/10 to 9/10 as the flush on the toilet in one of the rooms was broken from before we checked in. This was reported on the first day, but unfortunately not fixed until the next day. When it was fixed it was done in no time and they were very apologetic.

Excellent location - we only stayed for a couple of nights but it was perfect by the harbour and right by plenty of places to eat and drink. The hotel itself was impeccably clean and the staff were a delight. Rooms were comfortable and a good size. We had a large room with a terrace overlooking the square which was a bonus.

Average breakfast. Rooms need sound proofing. You could hear everyone’s conversations and the doors need to be shut closed so every time someone entered or left their room you could hear the bang. Thankfully we were not near the lifts. Hotel needs some updating.

The soundproofing of the rooms was non-existent. The conversation from the corridor sounded like they could have been in my room.

The hotel situates in the middle of everything, right at Saint Markos Square, and the bar with the view on the roof is great. The breakfast was a diverse selection of Greek specialities and every morning varied a bit from another.
