We have been booking villas in Europe for many years and our host was definitely the best we have ever had. He was on hand to deal with any queries and always helped us with taxis, takeaways and outings. The villa was very well equipped and well situated within an easy drive (taxi or car) to Rhodes itself. The local village was a 5 minute walk with a couple of local shops and restaurants. The local beach was only a 5 minute drive and had a very nice beach bar and amenities including pedallos and donuts. There were a few other beaches within a short distance. On the whole we had a wonderful holiday.

We have had a weeks stay at Dias Luxury Villa and it has been truly wonderful, the villa has everything you could ask for and more! The interior is stylish and practical, exceptionally clean and super spacious. The bedrooms are very comfortable and the bathrooms very spacious. The outdoor area is well maintained, a very large and stylish space, perfect for lounging by the pool or on the outside furniture. The location of the villa is spot on, not far from Rhodes Town or Falaraki by car and the villa it's self is in the most beautiful village of Koskinou with quaint authentic winding walkways with amazing tavernas just a short 10-15 minute walk away. Kostas the host has been extremely welcoming, helpful and made the holiday run effortlessly smoothly. Thank you so much Kostas, the villa is a credit to you!

The house is very spacious and designed with style and extremely comfortable. As a family of 6 we had plenty of space to relax and have fun. The grounds are lovely with seating outside as well as the gas bbq which is very handy for self catering. The kitchen is fantastic with high quality appliances. The laundry room was also very useful and we were able to wash and dry clothes which is very handy with daily trips to the beaches. We all feel fully refreshed and energised. The views from the Villa are amazing and the big windows make it a delight to sit and look out at the wounderful landscape. What makes the Villa even better is the amazing host Kostas who could not have been any more helpful. He provided us with lots of tips and information and helped us many times with various requests. He even took me to get meat from his local butcher for BBQ and it was some of the best quality meat we have ever had. The villa is 10min drive from old town Rhodes which is an amazing place to walk and eat with lots of shops selling local goods and gifts. Faliraki beach is also about 10min drive which is one of the best beaches on the island with lots of space, lovely sand and restaurants and activities. We totally loved the place and highly recommend it for any family looking to have a relaxing holiday with lots of beaches and activities in close proximity. The kids said its the best holiday they have had and we agree.

I booked Dias Luxury Villa for a week together with my friends. I can honestly say that it was truly amazing. From the breathtaking landscape to the very modern interior, the villa has offered us everything we could’ve wished for and more. I need to mention some of the best features that the villa had: (1) an amazing pool which was very clean, (2) an air conditioning system that worked perfectly, (3) a spotless interior and nonetheless, a very cozy outdoor lounge area. It is also worth mentioning that Kostas, the host, was extremely helpful throughout our stay. Even before our arrival, he has helped us with finding accessible modes of transportation, that ranged from scooters to cars and even boats. When we arrived he was waiting for us at the airport to bring us to the villa, which helped us avoid any confusion. Moreover, upon arriving at the villa we were pleased to see various beverages and foodstuffs waiting for us, which our friendly host, Kostas, had left. Even during our stay he was available to help with anything and everything, and replied to any inquiries very fast. It is safe to say that we highly recommend Dias Luxury Villa to anyone who might like to book it. It will truly be an outstanding experience.

I would recommend renting a car, as this will help if you wish to see out-with the village, otherwise you will require to book taxis to visit other places.

We have just returned from a week's holiday at the Villa Dias. This villa is absolutely beautiful, very modern and has excellent facilities. It is very well kept, the bedrooms are lovely and the outside area is stunning. The villa is in a very peaceful place with a 10 minute walk into the village of Koskinou which has supermarkets, cafes, a pharmacy and a few restaurants. We must say a special thanks to the owner Kosta who is, without exception one of the kindest, most helpful and accommodating hosts we have ever experienced. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay.
