Nice owner, decent breakfast to start the day, lovely pool for a freshening dip at the end of it. Perfect location for a day or two wandering ‘round Matala and braving the climb and descent to Kokkini Amos (entirely worth it).

While the breakfast may have been rated as just "okay," it did the job and provided sustenance for our day out!

Our brief stay at Dimitris Villa Hotel was a lovely experience. The hotel's staff left a lasting impression on us! They were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are all located around the back in a quiet area with a really cute and traditional setting. As for the room itself, it was very comfortable and had a nice balcony with a great view! One of the hotel's standout features was its convenient location, just a short 10-minute stroll from Matala beach as well as the vibrant bars and restaurants that dot the area. It’s proximity made our stay even better! Overall, the hotel was perfect for our stay in Matala :)

The shower curtain that keeps sticking to ones body when showering. The shower is quite small, so it can't be avoided. The beds could do with new matresses.

Dimitri is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast sufficient, the pool was clean and we liked to spend time there. Despite the shower I would go back there!

Beds were a bit unconfortable and the room's fridge noise was quite strong, we had to swith it off. Air conditioner was good.

Great pool area and great staff, very friendly. Location is good, just 10 minute walk to the center. Easy to park in their private parking.

The staff (owner) was nice and helpful. The hotel is close to the sea (10 min) and the pool is excellent. Breakfast was good.

Clothes dryers on the balcony of the upstairs rooms would have been helpful. Also a kettle to be able to make a hot drink would have been a bonus.

The location - just out of the main town but easy walking distance and very quiet. The pool area was very good. Also liked the fact that the rooms were cleaned every day, with sheets and towels frequently replaced.

the mattress in the bed was a bit too hard and could feel the springs but we used the covers to make it more comfortable. if the hotel changed the mattresses, it would be a big change in comfort

do something about the backyard of the hotel. looks/feels like a dumping ground. charge 5€ more and make your breakfast an experience (fresh bread/cheese/jus etc)

The bathroom is dated but functional. The wardrobe could be quieter to open and close .

We like it’s position away from the town centre. The pool and surround are lovely. There is a safe in the room lThe breakfast is good and varied, served by the charming Maria who also cleans and Dimitri whose family own the hotel.

Bathroom was small, compact, floor gets very wet from shower, plug for sink didn’t fit.

Nice quite area. Great pool area and bar. Demitris makes superb cocktails (especially Mai Thai margaritas and long Island iced tea). Only short stroll to main hub.

Bathrooms are outdated and inclined to flood the floor when you shower but again given the price a small inconvenience.

The accomodation was clean, the breakfast good and in general good value for money. Easy walk into Matala. Staff were helpful.
