When arriving, I called the number listed on Booking but there was no answer. Yet, we found the property easily and there was somebody on site to greet us. Not linked with the property, you need to be extra careful when driving since some roads are narrow, others in questionable condition and in some curves you lack visibility so you will have to be prepared to meet a bus from the opposite direction.

I spent a week there during the heat peak period in July 23. Elsewhere there were forest fires but absolutely no problem here. The property is next to the sea and has a nice garden where you can lay in the sun and relax. There are some rocks on the sea bottom for the first few meters (water shoes nice to have but not mandatory), but further away there is sand. The air conditioner is very effective. Interior design is a mix of modern and traditional, reminding of the old houses carved in stone. The area is very peaceful and you have a few restaurants within walking distance (10 min). I recommend renting a car though, it will come in very handy.

Kind and friendly host; Clean and well positioned studio for our needs (we rented a car and went everywhere on the island) We also asked them for a beach umbrella and they helped us.

We were looking for a nice place as a base to wander around the island, and this was perfect. Close to the Tsilvi and Zante and still calm and nice and away from all the crazy parties and stuff. The place is clean, has its own beach with sunbeds and stuff, tho the beach itself is not the fancy one (it has some rocks, but still you can swim when you pass it), it has internet access, sea view and really big and nice yard.

Wonderful property in front of the sea, made for relax. There is a nice garden with sunbeds under the trees. The hosts are very kind. There are two excellent restaurants within a five minutes walk. Hope to come back next year.

Next door was a large hotel but it wasn’t too much of a disturbance.

It was small and quiet. The grounds were lovely and relaxing and straight onto the sea.

The beds were a little firm and the hob took an age to heat up but minor points given the superb location. No easy way to recycle used plastics etc which perhaps needs to be improved but being unsure of local systems it is difficult to see how.

Superb location with fabulous views. the property was very clean and we were welcomed with home grown olive oil and wine by a vey friendly host! A car is useful but there are three restaurants and a supermarket within easy walking distance, the nearest one being five minutes way. The beach is rocky and can be choppy at times but so warm and clear it was great for snorkelling just at the end of the garden. Not ideal for young children though.

Everything was perfect, clean, close to the beach, big garden. Close to zakynthos town. We really enjoyed our stay here...we recommend!

Fantastic atmosphere, lovely stay! The most beautiful paradise in Zakynthos. The host (Stathis) was very helpful and friendly. There was a little cat as well that used to visit us every time we were around in the room. It was the most relaxing and comfortable stay. Also, very clean and very well designed.

I would have preferred a shower with glass doors instead of a plastic curtain.

The location of the villas was ideal , quiet and relaxing. The apartments were very clean, and the cleaning lady was extremely helpful. We had an apartment at the top, I would recommend one in the front with a better view. All in all we had a lovely stay and recommend the place if you are looking for a quiet place to relax. Great value for money.

Our room needs refurbishing - it seems it will follow next years. Nevertheless, very clean and good vibe due to it's position close to the sea. Almost impossible to discuss with the administrator as he speaks only Greek. But he is very helpful once you get to find away to comunicate

Our sea-view apartment was in the front row direct on the sea shore. Beautiful panorama, nice little lawn, quiet place with tinny beach and boulders inside the water. Not a place for spending whole day at the beach.

The location of the property is a bit remote. You have to take the car for everything you need. Also there are many mosquitos keep in mind and be prepared.

The room was very nice and modern, beautifully decorated and spacious. The property is by the sea. We didn't swim there so I don't know about the beach but the yard was very beautiful as seen in the pictures. And of course there is a huge parking area in the back yard, very convenient.

The equipment (fridge, bathroom, etc.) could use a renovation but it was fair for the price we paid.

We liked everything about the place and the owner was kind and caring. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

Resting in the sunbeds in the yard right by the sea is something fantastic. We slept with open balcony windows to hear sound of waves, and it was amazing. Some things could be improved like madraces and water instalation in kitchen and bathrom, but it could not broke perfect 10 for this apartment.

We just finished today a great stay at Diomare. It is a quiet place, great for families but not only. It's not crowded like nearby hotels and the owner is a helpful but a discrete presence. The flats are spacious and clean. Even if the water is full of rocks and is hard to go in without slippers is crystal clear and great for snorkeling. At maximum 10 minutes radius walking are a few restaurants and a minimarket ("Kypseli supermarket") You must be aware that, being in the middle of the nature, like all over the Greece, you can find on the village all kind of animals like free dogs, cats, insects, lizards, bats... For us it was perfect.
