Leaving sucked.

I ended up staying here when I extended my stay in Kefalonia by ten days at the very last moment. I got so lucky with this place because it ticked every box for me. Super quiet (keep in mind I was there out of season), and literally steps from the beach. Not sure how significant this point will be to you, but one of the loveliest things for me was that, for the entire 10 days I was there, I was barefoot. Literally. I would walk out of the door, down the beautiful flower-lined path to the beach just 20 meters or so away. I've since decided that barefoot living is the way forward. Basic facilities but absolutely more than enough if, like me, you're not throwing together gourmet meals. Every room has a lovely little private balcony upon which you can enjoy your morning coffee while overlooking the garden and the impossibly clear Ionian sea. If you're going in October, I'll see you there because I fully intend to spend the entire month there in future. It's a little slice of heaven.

Property slightly dated but had everything you would require for a holiday in the sun

Amazing location amongst local tavernas. Owner was available every day and was lovely Her English wasn’t great but could always be understood! The apartment was cleaned every couple of days with change of bedding and towels Very close to the beach and sun beds provided Air con in apartment

Everything was wonderful! The hostest was very kind! The room was big and comfortable! It is next to a wonderful beach od Lordhata and a nice restaurant. . Free sunbeds and umbrellas.. Beautiful garden surrounding. The location is fantastic, the view from our balcony was amazing, the prices are extremely competitive.. It was close to a friendly minimarket and several very, very, good family tavernas with delicious food. We will return again, and again..... J love Lourdhata, so calm and beautiufil nature.

the beds were a little uncomfortable

Excellent location with amazing views. Overlooking a vegetable garden with no buildings in front, just the beach and the sea. The property was cleaned frequently and fresh bedding and towels provided. Close to a few small tavernas with excellent hospitality.

WiFi was bad

The studio was great, as described. Kitchenette, bed, table, kettle, soap but no shampoo nor microwave as described. Location is amazing, just on the beach, great view! the host was very nice, when I had an issue she helped immediately. Very good value for money as well!

The studios are on the sea front at Lourdata but set back behind vegetable and flower gardens so very quiet, and with mountain views behind.

The only drawback we could coment is that the was no sign at the main road and the gps gave us a hard time. Of course everything is solved after you ask the locals :)

Everything was wonderful! The hostest was very kind! The room was big and comfortable! The apartments were in front of the sea! You could go for a night swim or watch the stars relaxing on the sand beach! We would defenatly visit this location again!

The mattrace and pillow were too hard for us. Everything else was perfect

Biggest plus: the location! It is next to a wonderful beach (over the street) and a nice restaurant. The view is really like on the photos. Very polite owners. They let us leave our stuff before check-in. Free sunbeds and umbrellas. Litfle kitchen and fridge with ice storage. Beautiful garden surrounding. Calm at night!

There was no oven in the kitchen. Shower was impractical due to the way it was held on the wall, needs a shower screen.

The views were excellent, we were not pestered. Locals were friendly.

When we got to the apartment it was really smelly inside because apparently the guests before us were smoking inside. The owner was trying to help us with the smell but after 3 nights in the apartment you could still smell the cigarettes :(

The location is really just next to the beach and the owners are really kind and always there if you need help.
