Amazing hotel with the great stuff. Check-in was totally without any problem and we got keys to our room even though we did a last minute booking and the owner had to come from the party. I wish to give an even higher rating than just 10. We loved the homemade decorations. So beautiful.

Everything was perfect! The host was very nice and welcoming! The appartment was located at the top floor of the building and was well-equipped, clean and comfortable. There is free parking available on the street. It takes 2 minutes to walk to the beach.

Quiet, clean, great owner. It's the best accommodation in the area, located near a great bakery, supermarket and the seaside. Perfect if you want to relax while on vacation.

Welcoming host, clean and spacious room with a balcony, and lovely design and artwork everywhere. Christos was very nice and he even helped us organise my daughter's birthday. He secured two car park places in front of the guest house, as he promised previously. We had good correspondence on Viber before our arrival, and everything was as good as I expected!

The Dionisiou village is nice, and the people are friendly. The beach is very close, and there are beach umbrellas and sunbets in front of each beach restaurant. There are two supermarkets at a very close distance. Prices are affordable, seafood is fresh and delicious, and beaches are clean with comfy sunbeds. Christos was nice. He welcomed us at the door. He even organised for us to buy a birthday cake and gave us recommendations about the beach restaurants and taverns. He secured a safe place to park the cars in front of the guest house. Nea Moudania, the biggest town in Halkidiki, is 7 min away by car but you can walk up to there, as there is a hiking area nearby the seashore. Bear in mind that shops in Nea Moudania don't work on Sundays.

Some of the utilities are very used, they have to be changed and renovated, by my opinion. The room was not cleaned for 5 days stay. I had to ask for garbage bags to throw the garbage. But even that, I think the apartment is good value for the price.

Good location. 5 minutes to the beach, wich was not too good, but it's not depends on the hotel 😀 Good bakery 2 minutes. Downstairs has shared places to sit, eat, barbecue....

The net on the ground floor is a bit slow. Other than that everything was super!

Everything was super, Christos and all of the staff were very nice and helpful. Our daughter loved the kids playroom and it was a big plus for us. The beach is nearby and the town is nice and not so busy. Perfect stay and vacation for our family. Thanx to all of you at Dionisos Elia! This is a place to stay and make wonderful memories! Highly recommend, especially for families!

It was very clean and confortable. Mr. Christos was very helpful before and during our stay. There is a backyard where we enjoyed with our friends. There are ping-pong, cards, games for kids, etc. Totally worth the money!!! The village is very small, but Nea Moudania is very close, only 5min by car and there are a lot of bars, tavernas, etc.

Location, host, comfort, quality of accommodation. The apartment has absolutely everything you need for your stay, hot water, good heating (we were there in January), equipped kitchen, terrace with a nice view. The apartment is decorated with a lot of style. The host welcomed us very kindly. He is very professional. I have the impression that the apartment is more beautiful in reality than in the photos. I recommend the accommodation to everyone, to families, couples, friends... We will definitely book this accommodation again.

A very nice comfortable apartment equipped with everything what needed, close to the beach. The host is very nice and heplful, we were even able to use a washing machine :) The place is nice and calm in November, a few shops and restaurants are still open.

I don’t know, it’s been perfect for us!

Excellent location, literally 2-3 minutes from the beach. Very clean, very tastefully decorated, equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. Overall, for those who are looking forward to chilling and resting in a quiet and peaceful place,Dionysos Elia and Paralia Dionysiou can be a good choice. I would like to mention-may be useful for someone-that there’s no cash withdrawal machine in the village. The closest opportunity would be Moudania( 5 minutes by car).
