The direction sign to the hotel had been rotated through 180 degrees ( by the strong wind?) so we had a bit of difficulty finding the hotel.

Really helpful host Georgios. He drove us to a local restaurant because my wife has limited walking ability, and brought breakfast to the room for the same reason. And then our car had a flat battery (first rental of the seaon) so he jump started our car so we could take it back to Hertz and swap it for another one. Thank you!

We had a lovely clean spacious room with a balcony . The breakfast was very good with lots of choice . Yorgos the owner of the hotel was very helpful and friendly. The beach was only a few minutes walk away . Our dog loved it too !

Jorgos and Penelopy are extremely welcoming and willing to help. A small, clean and friendly family hotel in a calm and quiet place, far from the city noise. Nearby - several pleasant taverns, shops, pastry shop. 10-15 minutes by car and you are in Preveza, to Nidri (Lefkada) in 40 minutes. Between Mitikas and Parga - several exceptional beaches. And if you don't feel like driving, there is a small beach with umbrellas and sunbeds 200 meters from the hotel. Thank you Jorgos and Penelopy for a wonderful holiday. I hope to see you next year. Sea view??? It is in the description of the apartment. We didn't have a view of the sea, but we didn't miss it, everything else was ideal.

This is a place where one can really relax and rest. Everything is extremely clean and tidy. The hosts made an effort to make us feel at home. The kindness and naturalness of the hosts, a place where you feel like you have come to your favorite relatives. As a sign of welcome, Jorgos showed us the whole area, and Georgia gave us tips for tours. Breakfast, excellent. The beach near the hotel is small, but also ideal if you want a real vacation. It's never too crowded. Proximity to the beach, free sunbeds and umbrellas are for 10+. The descent to the beach is by stairs, but it is not terrible. Taverns with very tasty food and supermarkets are within walking distance. The location is perfect for visiting the surroundings. Lefkada and Parga are one hour away, and Preveza is about 10 minutes away by car. You should also visit other beaches in the area. Everything is absolutely perfect. We were sorry that we didn't have a few more days off. If you want to experience traditional hospitality, I highly recommend this hotel. It was a perfect vacation in a perfect place. We should have stayed longer :)

A wonderful small hotel where you can feel real Greece. Clean, with spacious terraces and air conditioning. Yorgos and Georgia will do everything possible to make you feel good and enjoy your vacation. Delicious breakfast with fresh fruit, bugazza, espresso and yogurt with honey. Bicycles are available for guests, which makes it extremely easy to get around. There's plenty to do all day in the surrounding area besides the beaches, just ask Georgia. Everything was perfect

Jorgos and Penelopy were exeptional, very helpful ,friendly, makes you feel like at home. The facilities provided were all we needed. Very clean and tidy. The location was perfect if you want to explore the region. Lefkada and Parga approximatelly 1 hour distance from the hotel. Preveza about 10 minutes by car. The small beach by the hotel was fully equipped with sun beds and imberellas provided free of charge from the hotel, the perfect sunset is the cherry on the top. 4 minutes by a car there is prefect beachbar Nicopolis which we highly recomend. Restorants tavernas and two supermarkets were in a walking distance from.the hotel. Jorgos and Penelopy thank you very much for the great hospitality, see you again for sure

This is the story of my friend's daughter: "This year we went to Greece with my father and our friends and stayed in this hotel. We travelled by motorbike and when we arrived, our host welcomed us with drinks. The rooms were clean and comfortable, perfect for an ideal trip. The staff were nice, friendly and very helpful. On the third day, when we wanted to go to the opposite part of Greece, I got sick and couldn't go. I vomited and had a diarrhea all day. Our host helped, he gave us a room while the hotel was almost full. Also he would have arrenged a room in another hotel to the next day in case if I had needed. The staff in the kitchen brought me camille tea. In the evening, I dried out and had to go to hospital. Our host took me and my father there with his own car and stayed with us until we got information about what would happen with me. He also translated greek for us, because we didn't speak the language. After I got better, he came for us, picked us up and found a pharmacy for us in the middle of the night. After that he took my father to a fastfood restaurant, because he knew that my father hadn't eaten all day. The next day we wanted to thank them and for that they said: "Come back someday". I will definitely go back in the future, because I have never met such an amazing, friendly, helpful, caring host and people yet like there. The atmosphere of the hotel is the best, I'm extremely grateful for them, and I can only recommend them to everyone."

Beautiful location, close to the airport. Delicious breakfast Staff super helpful with recommendations for the area and helping arrange transport etc. Lovely and quiet, a hidden paradise. Restaurants and bars close by. Beach just a few minutes walk away for swimming with lots of other beaches nearby. Bikes to use to get around were a bonus A perfect start to my first trip to Greece

Everithing was great

Mitikas is very small and peaceful place. Hotel Dionisios is located nearby private beach with free sunbads and umbrella. The staff is very friendly. The owner gave to us a lot of usefull information about place, beach, tavernas, foods, sightings, Preveza...

Everything was perfect.

Very clean large room and bathroom. Very nice balcony. The owner is very nice and hospitable. On the day of our arrival in Mitikas he drove us around the village and showed us points of interest like very good restaurants and supermarkets. The private beach of the hotel is nice, with pebbles and crystal clear sea, but there are some stairs leading down to it. When we left, he drove us to the airport for free. Thank you very much and we hope to come back one day!

In general an unspoilt area , several good restaruants in the village a few minutes walk away. From the first contact you feel welcome and Jorgos with Penelope they treat you like family. Whether it's homemade cakes and eggs for breakfast, airport pick-up or daily cleaning. The nearby small beach with sunbeds and the beautiful Ionian sea is a bonus. If you like peace, this is the place for you.

Excellent and generous breakfast, with local eggs cooked for you, wonderful pastries. Beautiful natural location. Exceptionally friendly helpful and kind hearted owners and staff. Free loan of bikes, sun beds and other free help (just ask !) makes it wonderful to stay here, really made us feel at home.

A very nice hotel ,located near a wonderfull private beach , with free sunbeds and umbrellas. The rooms were very clean and confortable, the breakfast had a variety of fresh fruits and farm eggs , but the masterpiece was the waffles 🥰.
