The apartament was clean, modern furniture, close to the beach and restaurants. The garden is also well kept. Dimitris was also very kind and helpful. We stayed for 2 weeks: one rented a car and visitied the island and one to just hang by the beach. This is a good option for both.

The bathroom could have some improvement, but it didn’t change our experience, overall everything was as expected!

We loved Villa Dionysios. The Villa was as described in photos, we had everything we needed and the balcony was the perfect place to have a coffee in the morning. The place is really close to the beach and mini-markets. We loved that we had lots of beautiful places to eat nearby. I would recommend renting a car. Dimitris was more than helpful throughout and even before the trip. We really felt like everything was gonna be perfect for our group. Thank you again!!

The apartment was amazing. It was well equipped and from the balcony you can see the seaside. Dimitris was always helping with everything and we got so nice tips and ideas what to do.

- shower was leaking a bit so the floor was wet after showering - kitchen had all basic tools, but some things would have made it even better: coffee maschine (there was a device for greek one), salt&pepper, oil&vinegar

- very nice hosts: helpful, flexible and kind - nice appartment - appartments gets cleaned and bed/towels changed every few days, garbage gets collected every day - mostly well equipped - nice terrace and garden

The bed was a little harder and smaller than other beds that we have slept on.

Dimitris and his father are lovely hosts. They really go out of their way to make sure you have all the info to explore the island. The location is beautiful. Loved Keri and could have stayed longer here. We stayed in the studio which was well equipped, clean and had a good bathroom.

The staff was really kind and helpful. He helped us with arranging trips and renting a boat and a car. The room was nice and cleaned daily. House is situated in quiet place which was perfect for relaxing. There ste many restaurants and small shops all around. It takes probably half an hour to Zakynthos city. We really enjoyed the stay.

No cleaning products were provided, which meant we ended up having to leave dirty dishes behind. It would have been nice to have been able to leave it clean.

Good value for money. Not right next to the beach, but only a short walk away. Water was hot, Aircon worked, good fridge.

Dimitris and his family were absolutely wonderful and helped with many aspects of our stay in addition to our accommodation. Our visit to Zante wouldn't have been the same without them, we are really grateful!

Nothing to note

The property was in a great location close to the beach. The beach was clean and not very crowded and was also surrounded by amazing restaurants. The supermarket, restaurants and beach are all within walking distance of the property so it is very conveniently located. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Villa Dionysios, we had incredibly helpful and friendly hosts at Villa Dionysios which made our stay even more exceptional!

A lovely place to stay, it's a spacious apartement and you have access to a beautiful garden with a terras. Its walking distance from a small beach and some restaurants. The owner is very nice and helpful, he lives upstairs which is very convenient if you need anything. If we ever return to zakinthos, we will definitely stay here again.

The Dimitris and his family were wonderful. They did everything to make my stay as nice as possible. Dimitris was always available for any help. I felt really welcome in their gorgeous villa which was very often cleaned. The neighbourhood was also great, quiet and nearby the beach (3 minutes). I would highly recommend this place.

Very good and quiet location just a few minutes from the KERI beach, shops, minimarket and taverns. Very nice, friendly and helpful owners (thanks a lot once again for your help and care). Our studio was always very clean and we have all for an easy going stay. :-)

Hospitality. Dimitris is extremely helpful and always willing to give some advice. He picked us from the airport and helped to book trips and car (even though it was pick of the season). Air condition working very well, bathroom perfect. Balcony extremely nice to chill in the evening. I would definitely recommend the place to anyone who is looking for a spot near beach but with no touristic chaos. Thanks a lot :)

AC dont't cool whole apartment. Would by nice if in back yard was big umbrella to have shadow for table. Also missed washing liquid for kitchenware.

Very clean and very welcoming, the family will help you gladly with any questions you may have regarding this beautiful Island. The Villa is only a short walk to the beach past many supermarkets, or you can take the rear shortcut strait to the beach. The Air Conditioning was very welcome.

The experience I had during my stay in Zakynthos can not be fully described in words. Everything was over our expectations: from the location of the villa to the people and every small detail. First, the son of the owner, who manages the bookings, took care that we’ll have a perfect stay from the beginning. We were in permanent contact with him through Booking app and also he volunteered to find us a car to rent. After he struggled to find us a car to rent (because the demand was really high being summer season), he took care for all the car rental process, and the guy from the car rental company waited for us at the airport with our name written on a board (so it was really easy to get the car physically). More, we had a really early flight to Zakynthos (7 am) and he let us checkin as soon as we finished with the car rental guy (after we paid the price - a fair one). After, he arranged for us (on our demand) a cruise to Navagio - Shipwreck beach by boat with only 20€ per person for about 4 hours. About the flat: we were two couples and we rent an apartment (2 studios), very well equipped, fresh new, with a nice design and decor, very well situated- at 5 minutes from Keri Beach. Dimitri (the son of the owner) was a really welcoming guy and the person who assisted us every time. I really recommend this accommodation because it has it all. Further more, even though it was not mentioned when we booked the flat, we had a everyday cleaning service. Overall, we felt like in a 5* hotel.

Beautiful place, quiet, with the best people. For long time we didn’t see people who acts so kind. After long days on beaches or trips is that the perfect spot for rest and get new energy for another days. Close to the calm beach Keri with good restaurants. Thanks all of the guys, you make our vacation more special.
