We were staying in the Deluxe Suite. The room and balcony are very spacious and the interior design is beautiful. We loved the jacuzzi on the balcony with an incredibly beautiful view. We also really liked the location apart the more crowded areas of Santorini.

Brand new hotel, located on the peaceful area of Akrotiri, away from the crowds. Exceptional service and staff, amazing room with caldera views, and great value for money. I have stayed in several hotels in different areas around Santorini, and I need to say that this one was by far the best experience!! Highly recommended to everyone 👍 👌 👏

We liked everything!

The property was beautiful from the steps up to our rooms to the pool and amazing view of the caldera. Everything was very clean inside and out! The two people who checked us in and delivered a personalized breakfast to our patio every morning were friendly and kind. They gave us suggestions for places to eat and a phone number to call if we had any questions. Our rooms were comfortable and simply, beautifully decorated. We loved visiting the different beaches, walking the trail from Fira to Oia, watching sunsets from the lighthouse and Oia, exploring the Pyrgos castle, and meeting a wonderful potter who taught one of our kids to mold clay on the wheel. Thank you, Santorini, for an amazing family vacation.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in in my life. It has beautiful scenery, complete room facilities, clean and tidy interior, and a comfortable heated swimming pool. Special mention goes to Ali, the enthusiastic employee here. When we arrived here on the first day, we went the wrong way and got into a car accident. He quickly arrived at the location of our car accident and helped us lift the car out. . He gave us so much help and was very willing to help us solve our problems, because having him made our trip more complete! I wish Ali and other employees a Merry Christmas, a Happy New Year, and a happy life!

Rental bike poor quality. Drinks and food too expensive. We would have eaten and drunk and spent more time at the hotel if the price was just a bit lower.

An absolutely excellent hotel ,everything of the highest standard , stayed in a Deluxe room had fantastic views of the Caldera. Large balcony had a great hot tub. The included breakfasts were very nice and tasty. A big shout out for Ali who help us immensely and had great knowledge of the island.

Breakfast service was a bit slow and you have to order from the menu with 2 choices. Breakfast was tasty especially sweet choices.

Room was clean and modern. Facility inside was great. The highlight would be the hot tub with the room. Staffs were really friendly and helpful.

The food and drink options are top quality but dinner menu is very specific to the fusion / sushi concept (which is superbly executed). I would recommend a slightly expanded menu for those staying for a longer period to offer a bit more choice in the evening if wanting to dine at the hotel.

The hotel is beautifully designed, the finishes are all very contemporary yet bohemian chic. The hot tub and the spacious balcony was also a great place to spend time. The food is superb and the service is natural and genuine. I was very warmly welcomed by the team and they were very attentive. Thank you to Markella for the welcome and advice, the bar/ restaurant staff for the professional service and the chef for his fantastic food. The housekeeping team are all so friendly and prompt. Particular mention for Christina who kindly checked in with me every day, offering great advice and tips on the island. She helped me rent a car and organised a boat trip and my transfers for the airport. Divino Caldera is a very special hotel and I would highly recommend it for a break.

Everything; but especially the people. Markella and Christina were extremely welcoming and helpful, from the welcoming drink to the use of the pool following check out. With tips not just for our stay in Akrotiri but also for our onward destinations. They were communicative before our stay, with helpful suggestions for transport on the island. The room was fabulous, spotless, very comfortable. We especially loved our midnight dip in the private jacuzzi. We couldn’t recommend this hotel more if Akrotiri is on your Santorini plan. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The hotel's swimming pool sunbeds are at an extra cost (Nikki beach style as far as the fees go but not as far as the mood goes). There are 4 free seats near the pool and all the others come at a whopping fee of between 75 EUR to 300 EUR a pop depending of how close they are to the pool. During our 4 day stay we only saw 3 separate instances of people sitting on paying sunbeds. As a result the swimming pool area looked desolate and vacant for most of our stay. I whole-heartedly recommend management to ditch the seat fees - consider it as a marketing cost. Your first KPI is to bring a crowd to the pool. Once you see more demand then go for it.

Overall a good place. Staff is very amicable and eager to assist. The place is definitely up to standards - clean and invested. An intimate boutique hotel. Breakfast is "a la carte" which means that you have to order it (included in the price).

The location is not optimal. The fault is all ours though. We didn't have any understanding of the island's geography in regards to where the good spots are. So if you're after a very quite location, then Divino is perfect, but you will have to ride a bit to go to the touristic areas. In our opinion, Fira is to be avoided. It's way too touristy and the staff is drained by this overstretch. Oia was the best bit for us. Oia is a nice balance between touristic, great sceneries and vibe. Next time we'll stay there instead.

The outdoor jacuzzi was amazing. The manager Christine was a total legend. Super nice and always happy to help. She went beyond our expectation by: - Helping us book a taxi to pick us up at the airport after midnight so we don't have to worry finding a taxi that late. - Recommend sites to visit and restaurant to go to or avoid. - Negotiate a deal with our motorbike rental. Besides the above, she was also the total sweetheart. Also, on the night of arrival, Ali, the night manager was also extremely welcoming and kind to us. He reopened the kitchen just for us to boil some hot water so my wife could have some instant food that we had brought with us.
