Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United KingdomWe were 2 adults and a child so there wasn't much room to prepare sandwiches etc. Obviously being closer to the town would be better but then you pay more. All supermarkets are a little bit of a trek, but nothing too bad really
The lady who runs the place is very friendly as is her family. The swimming pool was excellent. The air conditioning worked well and the fridge was small but OK. While its a km to the town, we didn't mind the distance too much and Falariki is pretty, the beaches are nice. We had a lovely cruise to Lindos, a great day at the butterfly valley, and we loved Rhodes with all the culture and history

Netherlandsyou felt the enormous springiness of the beds. the good thing is that it is being worked on. for example, other rooms already had more luxurious beds. also dark-resistant curtains would not have been wrong.
The host, mother and son were very friendly, they took good care of us. Walking distance to faliraki center is a bit far, but doable. A very nice garden and a well-kept swimming pool.

SwedenTraffic noise at night, but you get used to it. A bit far to walk to town,if you're getting on a bit!
Situated just off the main road,my wife and i arrived in the dark around 21:00,walked up to the pool reception area where we were greeted by Voula. The lady we'd read about in other reviews. After we recieved our bottles of water we offered a choice of rooms as it was late season i gather. We opted for the room overlooking the pool area and the room was basic, clean,an adequate sized fridge and an electric hob.The beds were firm and comfortable. You're not getting 5 Star trimmings and wasn't expecting it either for what we'd paid for. We had the pool to ourselves a lot of the time and suited us fine as all we wanted was a relaxing week lounging around the pool as we'd been to Rhodes umpteen times before. WIFI was OK. Signal adequate. Voula works hard and is funny and bunch of grapes from the garden often found it's way to our poolside table. By the way,you get the sun all day here! This place is in need of renovating but i'm sure they'll get there, especially after the pandemic. Overall The Dolphin apartments did the job!

Hong KongThe rooms do not quite look like in the pics. You have to pay extra for aircon. There was no handsoap, sanitizer or any washing supplements. Beds had no proper mattress or duvet just sheets on
Pool is big, clean and refreshing. And there is a buss stop right next to hotel to get either Lindos to the City or further. Also the big beach is like 1km away With that price Im happy what I got

Ukraineyou should pay extra for using air conditioner, otherwise they don’t give you remote from air conditioner and they don’t have even a fan so the room was very-very hot at night, like sauna and if you open the balcony or windows- a lot of mosquitoes come. We always should go and ask her about something we need because the room was not really fully equipped and had some issues, for example the water from shower goes to the whole floor in the bathroom and we asked about the special mop to take out the water but she didn’t have it, she gave us normal mop which didn’t help and we had like a bath full of water in the floor of bathroom, something that we asked she probably forgot and never brought it. We chose a place from the pictures that it has a pool but in reality the pool doesn’t have water. The location is on the road, you must walk to the beach and the center with shops and restaurants around 2 km but for us it was okay. No washing machine, a charge for laundry is 6 euros, for us it’s the most expensive laundry we saw in all 30 countries we traveled especially when you rent a studio not just a hotel room.
the owner woman tried to be helpful, she gave us a map and showed the places where we may go in Rhodes, Lindos was amazing place, the room was spacious, had 2 tables, fridge, stove, 2 single beds and balcony. The territory of the place is full of trees and flowers, looks nice and smells nice.

Czech RepublicThe price of this hotel is corresponding to it's quality.. When we arrived, we had troubles to find the entry to the apartments and there was no one to welcome us. Lately we met a woman cleaning the rooms and she showed us round. The rooms were not clean, the floor was dirty and so the bathroom. The accommodation is cheap and the rooms are not very well equiped. The "kitchen" was absolutely in a bad condition and dirty. We had to buy our own cleaning stuff to clean at least the kitchen and dishes. The accommodation is pretty far from the city centre, but you can hire a car to get there. In front of the hotel there is a very busy road with a lot of traffic, so it was distracting us every night, when we wanted to sleep with windows open. The air conditioning is for fee. There is also no restaurant as described.
After some communication with the lady about the dirtynes, she started to cleaning our room every day, which was pleasant. The best advantage of this accommodation is it's pool, which is really amazing, clean and big. And of course the price which is really cheap on Rhodos.

Great stay. Great family. The garden was an organic heaven. Pool was never overcrowded mostly had it to ourselves and this was in peak season(August). No sunbed fights like in spain. No rowdy drunk guests. Brand new beds. Rooms were big WITH balcony and table and chairs. Really relaxing stay where we were treated like family and any problems, Dennis would immediately appear and sort it. He was amazing. My daughter booked this hotel/ apartment as she was booked already to stay. But I'm writing the review (Susan) thank you Dennis and family!! The photo is of tsambiko the hotel cat. It's the image of Garfield!! 🤣🤣

FinlandLeaving!
Wonderful family run the apartments. Made to feel like family, not customers. Lovely big, clean pool, set in beautiful gardens. Buses to Rhodes town and also to Lindos leave right outside and good grocery stores nearby. A short walk to the main Faliraki strip, but far enough away to avoid the noise in the evenings. The rooms are comfortable and cleaned daily. Tasty Meze restaurant over the road. Dolphin is excellent value for money! Thanks Voula and Dennis, see you next year ;)

DenmarkKindest and most charming family run hotel with everything you need for a good vacation and to feel safe on your trip! Very open, talkative and friendly family of staff that will happily do their very best for you to have a nice stay. For the price this is definitely worth it. The pool is clean and a very good addition! Some furniture / features may not be the most modern, but it’s not where you put your focus into. Shops, restaurants and beach is close, so the location is great as well. We will be back =) Rodi & Allan

United KingdomRoom was an oven, never seen anything like this. You had to pay an extra 8 euro per day to have the air conditioner. The room was dirty and poorly kept. The sheets and towels felt like they were used. The noise is something incredible, you won't be able to sleep at all. People from the hotel talking loudly everyday, animals outside and also the hotel is on the road, you will hear every single car.
Distance from beach and shops, as Faliraki is a small place, everything is kinda close.
