Only problem is for smoking peoples. All hotel is non smoking area. If you have smoking rooms in Hayat, Hilton, Radison and others 5 stars hotels around the world, I dont see what is problem in Athens to have 3 from 50 rooms in hotel for smokers. 10/15 € more on price.. and problem solved.

Very nice hotel staff, and polite. Good and easy parking. Its little bit far awey from center, but in peacefool area. Everithing clean and in order. Excelent breakfest.

The parking lot was very difficult to walk on. There were 5 or 6 steps to get into the lobby. No ramp for people with disabilities.

The breakfast was very good but I wish there had been a better selection of fruit. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They assisted me and filling out some documents that were in Greek and helped me to get a rapid result COVID test. The staff was exceptional.

Meets the expectations. The meals are served in the hotel garden. The staff is very friendly and willing to help. Nice experience overall, I recommend strongly.

Room was not cleaned properly, there was dust all over surfaces and floor. Bathroom had a very bad (apalling) small, and although we informed the reception as soon as we got in then room they told us that this happens when it’s windy(!). We also informed them that the bathroom sink doesn’t drain properly (water took ages to drain) but there was no comment on that. The hotel claims to be 4* but based on the services and facilities i wouldn’t rate it more than 3*.

The phone was not working in my room. The room service room 1,5 hours to arrive. The bathroom had a smell. Sewage or something. The mattress was too hard. The breakfast pretty basic.

I had problems with the lights (short cut) that had to be fixed and it was a bit warm in the room even after switching off the air conditioning. Bit complicated to get to the rooms.

I feel this hotel was overpriced for what was being offered. The beds were very uncomfortable with hard mattresses. The room was extremely hot and the air conditioner was set centrally so we could not adjust the room temperature accordingly We escalated this issue a few times but it could not be resolved. The facilities were adequate but not luxurious Poor customer service at the bistro

Location was ideal Breakfast was adequate but I feel the customer service should be better and more choice of cooked food available. The receptionists were helpful and when we escalated our concerns, they assisted us as best they could.

Some of the rooms are facing the street which means minor noise (thanks to double glazing windows) and that you cannot open the windows. The bed was a bit small and not too comfortable.

Noisy !!! A busy road is right next to the hotel, and the windows don't isolate the noise. So, we haven't slept good at all !

The hotel is in the lovely neighborhood of Kifisia, which is nice. The room is nice, and so is the breakfast.

I got a room in the cellar (#403). I never ever had a room without real daylight. For my time spent in the room it was horrible feeling. However, to see some positive in this: it made the room very silent, not impacted from traffic or any other noise :-0

Good location, enough space for parking the car and very silent inside the hotel. Not too crowded in the public area during these Covid times.
