We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyThe rooms are beautiful decorated with a lot of taste and brand new. The location is close to the Main Street we have been in the off season to it was not too loud. All of the employees there are super nice very kind and welcoming people. Also the Partner hotel for the beach is a great place to hangout and just enjoy the sea. It was all in all a great stay

ItalyThe towels leave some residues on the skin. The room was not perfectly cleaned every day, but for 1 week it was not a problem.
The location is great, in the center of Malia. The beach is 5 minutes away and easy to reach. The staff is super nice and always available for any request. The food is great, both in Drossia and at the beach. Waiting on our next trip to Crete to come here again!

United KingdomThe hotel is at the very end of the main party (strip) street. Which does mean that the down stairs bar of the hotel stays open to 4am and plays music etc. We were unaware of this as its Boutique Hotel and didn't think this would happen. So the first night was a bit rough, but we just bought so earplugs from the Pharamacy about 20m away and the rest of the stay was bliss.
Wow! The staff at this hotel was absolutely amazing. The attention to detail, friendliness, accommodating to our needs, welcoming us back whenever we were out, personally coming to say hello and ask us about our day what we did or what we got planned. It just felt blissfully. The booking also comes with the addition of being able to go to thier "sister" hotel on the beach and use the private area (sun beds, pool, roped off beach area) to use whenever we wanted and if we ate or drank anything we would put it on our room. The hotel does have a lovely bar and amazing restaurant downstairs, too. Such a great place with even better staff and would go back in a heartbeat.

RomaniaWould love some instructions for the bathtub When you close the door to the room, you really have to give it a strong pull and it makes such a loud noise Otherwise, you guys rock!
We stayed at this hotel because we visited Malia before and we enjoyed the food served at the restaurant, as well as the elegance of the hotel. It is very close to the beach and they have a partnership with another hotel close by where the beach is nice and the swimming pool is lovely ( also they give you free sunbeds - BONUS!). The room was above and beyond our expectations- the bathtub rocks ( though some written instructions on how to operate it would be nice), we had a comfortable bed and the AC worked perfectly. The only downside was the noise from the restaurant and street- but given the location, it's understandable- so if you are a light sleeper, bring your earplugs. Housekeeping cleaned our room every other day and we were given clean towels everyday. The hotel looked impeccable, cause it's brand new. Like I said, the best part is the food- the breakfast, while not very diverse, is absolutely delicious and the coffee is unusually good for the island. The staff was great- friendly,joyful and prepared to go above and beyond to make sure that everything is perfect for your vacation.

Costas the hotel manager is an amazing person.....gives a special service....everything we asked for he took care of us....breakfast is served to everyone at any time he chooses.....I have no words just a pleasure of a hotel

GermanyNegative points: The breakfast selection is a bit small, but still sufficient. Access to the rooms is always through the bar or restaurant. When you come from the beach or from hiking, you sometimes feel a bit wrongly dressed.
The staff: Extremely friendly staff. The employees are all very friendly, courteous and helpful. Everyone greets you and you are asked how the day was. The employees all enjoy their work and are very passionate about their job. Very professional and yet a relaxed atmosphere. The waiters in the restaurant can sweeten the evening with a little fun or offer a perfect wine service. They immediately understand which atmosphere is the right one. The rooms: Brand new renovated rooms with everything that belongs to a modern well equipped room. The rooms were cleaned every day and we got new towels every day, which were lovingly and creatively folded into different shapes. The cleaning of the rooms was always perfect. Thank you again to the housekeeping lady. The restaurant / bar: The hotel is actually a restaurant and bar with rooms above. On the east side is the bar and on the west side is the restaurant. While great and fresh cocktails are served in the bar to club music, the restaurant has a Mediterranean atmosphere with calm music and regional dishes interpreted in a modern way. In the bar, the audience is much younger. While in the restaurant you also meet families and guests who want to take it easy. However, the restaurant and bar value high quality, which you can tell from the clientel of the guests, the quality of the food and drinks, the staff and of course the price. The price - performance ratio was justified at any time. Breakfast: Breakfast can be selected from the "a la carte" menu in the morning. However, after a week's stay we had tried everything. The selection could offer a little more here. However, all dishes were freshly prepared. Freshly squeezed orange juice and coffee specialties from a portafilter machine. The breakfast stick is available in the bar in the morning under the open sky and palm trees. You can watch the city slowly awakening.

This property was exceptional! Brand new, modern and in a prime location on the Main Street accompanied with delicious food and drinks at the restaurant, home made and fresh, you should checkout the kitchen in the back, Grandma stirring the pot on the daily. Breakfast included and brought to the room if requested, flexible check-in and checkout. Great recommendations for your local stay and their private beach, Parthenis is a must visit, I went to it everyday, the most beautiful sunsets. Loved the fact that this is a family owned business and felt taken care of the whole time from Costas to Sophia to Alex to Mike and everyone in between, a true pleasure meeting everyone and I know I will be back again and only recommend to others, they made Malia a recurring destination and happy place, thank you for a wonderful stay and I can’t wait to see you again and soon xo

United KingdomWe were the first visitors in this brand new hotel and it was amazing. It made our trip amazing. The staff were very welcoming and lovely the whole stay. The rooms are just like the picture, modern and clean and so comfortable! The good location made it even better and it had a lovely restaurant/bar connected to it with super friendly staff. This place was an amazing place to stay, totally worth the stay. We had the best time thanks to the staff and the hotel itself and would definitely stay here again.
