Hotel has no swimming pool but we knew that in advance. There is nothing to complain about.

Everything!! This boutique hotel is absolutely amazing!! Right on the beach with very clear water.The rooms are spacious and very modern. The food is next level from breakfast to beachside lunches and delicious dinners . We were there 5 days and didn’t have any meal anywhere else. The staff are fantastic!! They made us feel more like family than just visitors. Dimitris and all the girls are beautiful young people . You would be crazy not to try this hotel.

By far and away the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. The facilities, the staff, food & drinks; all absolutely faultless. For the standard of accommodation, and the services provided, the cost is very reasonable and my wife and I would return in a heartbeat.

2 small suggestions for improvement. 1. The lighting in the room was a bit dim There could have been an option to turn up the lighting. 2. The omelets served at breakfast were, in my opinion, a bit over cooked. Everything else was great.

The room was stunning and the view was beautiful. Very comfortable to stay and staff really friendly. The beach facilities were very enjoyable too.

The bathroom , sink and shower are split up in 3 different sections and it’s quite noisy being on a Main Street.

Accommodation 10/10 From the moment you enter in the hotel it's a wonderful experience. The room and amenities were fantastic and breakfast 'a la carta' is delightful, I can also recommend to have dinner in the Magma restaurant. I'm looking forward to come back again and I can recommend this place to stay during your time at Rethymnon, quality/price is excellent

The bed was for my liking a bit harder than I am used to. But that‘s really the only point I can mention. The rest was amazing and Rethymno and Dyo is for sure a good choice to stay.

The breakfast was amazing! The people are very very welcoming and nice! Dimitris (one of the employees) is very kind and helps the best way possible. In addition the cleaning ladies (Fami and Magda) also did a great job. They kept our room clean even though we brought home sand from the beach every day! The room was nice and spacious. We had about 10 minutes by foot until the start of the old town. Beach was just across the road with very nice cocktails! Velvet touch definitely a must try!:) you for sure won‘t regret staying here.

Food looks excellent here but taste average.

Perfect holiday suite, comfortable bed and pillows, 10 meters from beach, sunbeds umbrellas for hotel customer only and drinks deliver to you. All staffs are so nice and bright. Recommend executive suite on the top floor for best sea view.

Very excellent hotel! So many breakfast options and also very vegetarian and vegan friendly. The beach is wonderful and super close to the hotel. Also very nice and friendly staff at the beach. Perfect to enjoy a cocktail at the wonderful beach. We also ate sometimes at the restaurant at night. Not so many vegetarian options, but still very good and very good cocktails. Supermarket is also just around the corner and you can walk to town and explore other restaurants. We loved our room with the rooftop terrace (and whirlpool :-) ), just perfect!

EVERYTHING! This was our second stay here and it was even better than the first. The place is spotlessly clean and the staff work tirelessly to keep it that way. The rooms are beautiful, spacious and clean. The addition of an Alexa was great to play music and a nespresso coffee machine was a lovely touch. The cocktails and meals are a must try in the Magma restaurant. We ended up eating there every night as the food was probably the best we have ever had. The staff are absolutely brilliant and can’t do enough for you. We especially like the comfortable complimentary sunbeds on the beach with fantastic service for drinks and food so you don’t have to lift a finger. We will definitely be returning here.

Bed was good for me but a little firm for my wife, very small complaint, the only thing that stopped it being a 10.

Lovely room with hot tub outside. Excellent service from all the staff, complementary water when at the private beach area using the sunbeds. Breakfast was excellent lots of choice, top quality and large portions. Allowed us to use facilities on departure day, with shower area to freshen up when departing late afternoon.

A very well presented suite, nicely designed, spacious and comfortable. The jacuzzi on our roof terrace had an amazing sunset view. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were only a short walk into the main town, and so away from all the noise and people which was ideal. Parking nearby was not an issue at all.

We stayed at Dyo Suites for our wedding week. We have absolutely nothing but good things to say about this hotel and the staff. We were looked after so well, they recognised us throughout the whole stay and always made conversation. The food at the this hotel is absolutely amazing, we ate quite a few times here and could not fault it. A special thank you to Mary who really went out of her way to make us feel special. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our wedding. Thank you so much for making it absolutely perfect!
