The price in the bar is a bit expensive.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, good service, the room and other space in the hotel they are always clean. Its very charming and peaceful. The hotel is in a good position. I really recommend this place.

Hotel is very nice in a great location with a lots of restaurants, bars, shops etc nearby. Pool was nice, though it was quite cold, but we were there in October right before they were closing for a winter so it is understandable. Staff in hotel was very nice, both in reception and the pool guys were great :-) Cleaning was done daily (wow!), we never experienced such a thing before and we would be happy with cleaning once every 2 or 3 days :-) We had breakfast only once, it was good, but our children didn't like it so we prefered to do our shopping or eat outside. Beach was nice with a lot of sunbeds in a shade so this is a huge plus. From this area you can go to a lot of trips to a nearby historical cities, beaches, shrines, olive plantations etc etc. so definitely hire a car and enjoy beauties of west Crete!

We stayed on the first floor facing the sea and close to the snack bar and pool. Had to keep our curtain closed for privacy. Not a major problem.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful beach on site. Shops and hundreds of restaurants on the street facing the hotel. Room was clean and very comfortable. Chania and other points of interest a short drive away. Second story rooms have more privacy.

No curtain on one of the windows + the door was also transparent, so we were awake earlier than we wanted because of the sunlight.

The place is absolutely perfect and way better than we expected! Great location: 1 minute from the sandy beach, 2 minutes from the bus stop to get to Chania and other places, a LOT of local restaurants nearby. You can literally go to the new place every day. Good price😊 Tasty and affordable breakfast (€15 for two people) with sea view. Also nice that the hotel provides free sunbeds on its own territory. It's on the hill, so you can still enjoy the sea view, but also have your own space without being bothered by sellers on a public beach. The rooms are spacious and equipped with everything one might need including cooking facilities. We also liked that the air conditioning wasn't too close to the bed, so you use it while sleeping without risk of getting a cold. All staff is super nice and friendly The territory of the hotel is very big, with a lot of trees and bushes, far from the hustle and bustle of the surroundings..

First of all we liked the people working at this hotel, the location right on the beautiful beach of Agia Marina, the beautiful garden, a little Eden as the owner described it. I have absolutely nothing to complain about this hotel and will definitely choose Eden Beach Hotel when we will return to Crete.

we liked everything about the property. our room, superior beach facing apartment #21, was exceptionally clean (the cleaning service was daily) and well equipped. the patio facing the beach and pool area is perfect. the beach is wonderful, and the service at the beach was fantastic ! Antonis made us feel so welcome there, while Ron and the front desk staff helped with anything we requested. they accommodated each and every request we had with utmost care and expediency while working as a team!!! we also loved the location of this hotel. all properties around this one may be more luxurious, but I am certain that one cannot beat the hospitality and value for the money at Eden beach hotel. if you have a chance to book a room here , do it! you will not regret this decision and will want to stay longer than planned as we did. —- also, they just gave us a jar of homemade of peach compote just because and informed me that there’s pear and fig trees at the garden, from which the guests are welcome to get fruit as they please.

Very good location, right on the beach, very beautiful beach, a nice pool. Close to markets and restaurants. Helpfull and friendly stuff, cleaning everyday. The hotel have parking, pool and beach, great facilities for a comfortable stay. And the price is very good for the area and all facilities included.

Couldn't find anything at didn't like

When we arrived we were greeted and escorted to our room, facilities were explained. The breakfast was amazing and filling for 2 people. The staff was great and welcoming and the location gave you access to the beach and directly into town. Market and restaurants within walking distance. Very accommodating for our family with an infant and the air-conditioning worked great! Beds were soft and room was spotless. Highly recommended!

I got a very clean apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 balconies and seeview. Room service was everyday but it was too often for me. The hotel should provide door cards with information whether service is needed or not on a given day. The kitchen was well equipped even with a citrus squeezer. Besides the location was awsome. Few steps from sandy beach. Free sunbeds near the pool for hotel guests and while the sunbeds on the beach are free if you buy something at the bar. The bar service was great and friendly. All the hotel staff were great. Nice pool but all the time was occupieted by loud kids and their loud mothers. There are many supermarkets in the neightbourhood. The hotel also has a private parking. It’s important if you travel by car because there is no space at the main street to leave the car.
