We had one of the three apartments on the first floor and the view was amazing. Aaron is friendly and helpful. The kitchen could be equipped better, there are some plates, pots and pans but there could be more cutlery and there is no salt or spices. Every second day the apartment is cleaned and the cleaning lady is very nice. Overall we had a fantastic nice stay!

Staying in lower floor we unfortunately had a couple above us who it seamed were moving furniture about most of the night , made for a very disturbed sleep …. Not something that would be usual I’m sure , think we just got unlucky so to avoid this I’d definitely book a top floor apartment if you can …

These apartments are amazing value for money. Situated in a quiet area but a short walk to bars and restaurants, the views are absolutely stunning and with only 6 apartments in total makes for a nice chilled out feel . The beds are extremely comfortable and the room was clean and frequently serviced . My top tip would be rent top floor if you can .

Small kitchen

It's really nice place for the rest. Good beaches where children can swim safety. In high season it is not crowded. Apartment is on the edge of Mesongi and it is very quiet. Supermarkets and restaurants are close and nice. Bus stop to Corfu town is about 10 minutes walk. And it takes 45 minutes to get to the town. Buses are comfortable and air conditioned and come according to the timetable. In apartment for 3 people was quite comfortable. Beds and all the furniture are good. Every other day is house keeping and do well. We ordered transfer and were satisfied. We had to leave later than checking out and host was so kind to drive us to the next apartment where we can leave our luggage and take a shower for free.

All perfect, just one tiny suggestion to the host would be to put a hanger on the wall at the entrance cause there isn't one at the moment in the flat.

The seafront view from our balcony at the top floor was very beautiful, we enjoyed it so much! The apartment was equipped with the essential stuff for a couple, we were very satisfied with our stay. Aaron is a fantastic host and was super helpful throughout our stay; he helped us with the transfers from/to the airport and provided a lot of suggestions for restaurants/places to visit etc. I would highly recommend the Eden Sea view studios!

I would recommend adding salt, pepper and some spices in your kitchen equipment.

The property is just a 7-minute walk from Messonghi village with its shops, restaurants and beach. Aaron runs a car rental company Messonghi (ALTO) and therefore can offer a vehicle at a good price. He also arranged our airport transfer by taxi upon our request. We enjoyed the food at Minore's family restaurant the best. Family run traditional Greek cuisine. Aaron was great and gave good advice for our leisure routes. Fantastic sunrises from the balcony.

Only the equipment, especially the bathroom deserves a modernization in my opinion; but usual quality for Corfu standards.

Aaron is a great host. He was always available during our stay and helped us a lot. The apartment is simple and basic but serves its purpose. Enjoy the view and the tranquility.

We loved the location, very private and so close to Mesonghi beach. Very clean apartment and air conditioning in each room. Lee and Aaron were great with organising our transfers to and from the airport.
