Helena is an extremely kind host who thinks of all the details, starting from all the necessities in the apartment to the wonderful terrace on the roof of the building. An ideal place for a vacation, far enough from the city crowd, and yet the city center can be reached very quickly on foot.

Everything was wonderful! The room was cleaned everyday, there was everything for personal hygiene, the center is very close, the wifi work perfectly everywhere. The most amazing from this studio was the terrace-rooftop with a beautiful view of the city and thе best sunsets. The owner was very kind ,here at any time for everything.

Everything was perfect. Our room had a sea view which was nice, on top of the building there is a terrace with even a nicer view of the sea and Neos Marmaras port. Free parking is available. The room was very clean, the thrash was taken out daily. Overall the propriety is very well taken care of. The lady owner was super nice, always positive, she does a great job at keeping thing neat and tidy. We enjoyed every moment and would definitely choose to stay at Egeon studios again.

The only minor negative issue was the lack of a wall bracket to hold the showerhead up.

Lovely typically Greek accommodation in a central location. The owner, Eleni, was a great host who made us feel at home and she couldn't do enough for us. The apartment was spacious, very clean and had good views of the port and sea. There is a very large communal roof terrace with barbecue facilities.

Everything. First, Eleni is the best host that you can get: friendly, kind, always available to help you. The rooms are tidy and cozy. Kitchen is small but have all the essential for cooking your own meal. The balcony is definitely a plus with sea view. Rooftop terrace is huge, and we enjoyed and having our own breakfast as well as sunset drinks with a view on the harbour. We would definitely go back!

It's on a very steep road, up from the beach. You need car to go to beach, supermarket.

Large room, clean. It has balcony with sea view, the bathroom it's clean and big. The kitchinette it's ok with refrigerator, AC for the hot days, smart tv for some rainy days :). It's near the centre (like 5 minutes), but in a quiet area.The wifi was good. Easy to park, the owner was so kind and helpfull always. The terrace above the studios has an amazing view.

Eleni and her family were fantastic hosts! So kind and friendly. Eleni was always happy to help when I needed something. She offered suggestions of towns I could visit by bus, and nearby hiking. The studio was very clean (cleaned frequently throughout my stay) and nicely decorated, shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water, toiletries are included. The kitchenette has everything you need to cook small meals. There's a rooftop deck with gorgeous views of the town and sea. It's located in the center of town but away from the noise (so you can sleep). 5 min walk to shops, restaurants, bus stop, the sea. 10 min walk to Neos Marmaras beach. Highly recommend this place and will happily return!

Eleni is a dream host! She welcomed us in person, and when she got to know that we like hiking, she gave us great suggestions for places to visit by hiking. We could also use maps and guidebooks that she had for sharing with guests - that was perfect for us! She's very friendly and warm - she made us feel very cozy. Besides, the apartment is very cozy and beautiful, with a lot of attention to detail - one of the loveliest places I have ever stayed in! The location is great, and we got access to the roof terrace of the building as well - a perfect place to watch sunset. We whish to come back there soon!

The location was great, right next to the center of town, 5 minutes walk. Quiet and peaceful place overlooking the sea. The rooms were clean, tidy and beautiful. The hostess Elena was great, very responsive and friendly. We had a really wonderful time there. We will visit again for sure!!! :)
