Too many wasps at the balcony, made it impossible to enjoy my morning coffee. Room in need of renovation

Very minimal kitchen stuff not even a proper knife and a cutting board. All furniture is a very old style. The quality of products in the bathroom is very basic. There is no daily cleaning, just removal of trash.

The beach in front is very nice, 5 min walk. Balcony is great although is missing the cover from the sun. We didn't use the breakfast option. 10 min drive to the amazing Simos beach.

The room needs a renovation. It feels like it's from the 90s. Most metal parts were rusty and a lot of patches on broken things.

NO (or very low) Wi-Fi signal, in combination of almost no mobile coverage (no 3G network) was a huge problem for us, as we needed to drive to the main city for connection. I personally love more softer mattresses but this is really subjectively. Not connected with the resort, but good to know is that closest market is (again) in the main city.

Nice location, on a walking distance from the beach (if you are not too spoiled :-) ). Nice and friendly staff. Apartment is daily cleaned. Nice balcony and spacious rooms. I saw so many comments on a salty water, but I have to say we didn't noticed salty water. Good to know that after the arrival, staff told us that water is drinkable, so I assume they invest into water destination machines.

Running water was salt water. Parking not good, risk to damage car tires. Door could not get locked at arrival, but has been repaired immediately. Furniture was very old and repaired with sticky tape. Small shower (needs also some repair).

Great beach in walking distance! A refund has been paid as compensation for not having running water for two days.

Sea view listing is misleading. The property is far from the beach. The sea is obstructed by trees. Salty water on whole island. Cost-value relationship high.

For 110 eur per night extremely overpriced. Very old furniture, damp smell of mold, rust on everything metallic including the fridge in which the water would get warmer than outside. Far better accomodations at the same price on the island I wanted to tale pictures but too many things were wrong. For 60 eur per night might have been a good value for money compromise

The room's furniture need maintenance and refurbishment. The refrigerator and kitchen's doors were rusty and some of the furniture were damaged. The ceiling light were not adequate and in the bathroom was also rusty. The shower door was not working correctly and the a/c unit outside on the balcony was also rusty.

The size of the room was big and could accommodate a family of four.

The property was not maintained at all. Old mattresses, you could feel the springs. Rusty bathroom equipment. Ripped shower curtain. Dirty cups in the cupboard. Missing cutleries. We had the accessible room, however the tiles were slippery.

A Beautiful hotel with very large comfortable and clean rooms, just a stones throw from the beach. Modern and nicely appointed. The staff were very friendly and helpful too. Highly recommend!

Value for money: NOT AT ALL. The room was advertised as “Superior” 3bed with seaview. The room was a slightly larger double bed hotel room with a single sofa bed as a 3rd bed. The other 2 beds were 2 single beds pushed together, ALL at the same area with the kitchenette. The furniture were old and worn as well as poorly mended. The top of the secretary table and the bedside tables were fixed with plastic furniture stickers!!! The bathroom had a broken tap that was fixed the 2nd day and the shower cabin was covered in limescale! The last day we had to wait until 9:30 at night to get running water to shower. I guess poor wifi connectivity and water quality goes with the island. The 170€ per night were so much more than they deserve. The bed linen were not changed from the previous tenants - there were yellow marks on the pillows and hair on the bed sheets. I regret being there and spending so much money on this especially because of the misleading photos. The rooms should definitely be more upgraded. I feel I have been scammed. I had no choice but to stay as it was too late to book anything else.

The staff were very helpful and tried to comfort us. I feel sorry for them as they have to hear all the complaints. The view was good.
