Location in the right place, near the beach, near restaurants, shops. The room and bedding are clean and fragrant. Near the hotel is a beautiful beach that can be reached in less than five minutes on foot. I wish you to recover as soon as possible from this disaster that has befallen you, to continue working normally. I can only thank you once again for every smile, hug in the difficult moments we went through together while we were your guests. First of all, let me say that you are very good people. Breakfest was a booring after few days.

Wverything was perfect. We stayed while floods and we were safe, car was in the garage. Hosts provided electricity for charging phones and water for toilet. Also food and water. So they managed situation perfect!

Part of the furniture a little outdated, the mattress too hard for me.

Our hosts were hospitable, always present with a smile at the hotel entrance, eager to help you. The room was simple but spacious, the shutters, the curtain, the simple furniture create a pleasant atmosphere, oriented to the northeast, I believe, so the sun did not reach the room/balcony, which was very good for the warm end of August.. The view from the room was to the hotel courtyard and a partial view to the sea. Good pressure in the shower, but it couldn't be used to the maximum because the shower tub is very small and the water reaches out the bathroom quickly. But let's not forget that it's a 2-star hotel, probably with a bigger bathroom it would have 3 stars. The large, well-kept courtyard of the hotel with natural shadow from the trees. The underground parking helped us a lot, a car is necessary to reach the area and visits. A particularly beautiful region with sea and mountains, clear waters full of fish. Very beautiful beaches in the area, our favorites were Papa Nero and then Plaka at walking distance. Other beautiful beaches accessible by car in less than an hour Damouchari, Fakistra, Milopoptamos. Many taverns and shops within a short distance. The prices are not high. We would like to revisit the region and stay here again.

Everything was great.

Incredibly welcoming and heartwarming people. They welcomed us with a smile and were always ready to help. Very quiet and the location is great, a bit on the side from the hustle and bustle of the main street. Recommend heartily!

Not many places for parking .

The food was a bit monotonous, maybe it needs to diversify. The staff is extremely friendly and ready to help whenever you need something. The price-quality ratio was absolutely adequate.

The bathroom is a little weird in design (it needs to be renovated). Only one socket for 3 beds.

The location is great, the breakfast, and the underground garage if you're lucky. A family hotel, everyone is dedicated to their work so you will feel comfortable.

The property has very good location and the owners are very cooperative. It was very clean as the room was cleaned every day, towels and bed linen changed three times for a week. I would recommend it to all the the travellers in Avila Ioannis.

Great location 5 minutes walk from Papa Nero beach, it was very clean and we had a spacious balcony with sea view where we enjoyed drinking our coffee. The owners were very polite and helpful, we will definitely come back!

There was no kitchenette in the room. Wifi needs improvement.

The staff was super kind and professional. The location is great because you can reach Agios Ioannis and Papa Nero beaches on foot. The underground parking is also a plus (if you find a free spot). Lastly the mattresses were super comfortable.
