Room / bathroom were a little dated (eg shower was little more than a trickle) and cramped but exceptionally clean and well stocked with toiletries etc.

Location, breakfast and super friendly staff. Excellent range and quality of choice for breakfast, was accompanied by seriously impressive sweeping views from acropolis to Lycabettus Hill and everything in between. The hotel has something of an old world charm about it and is centrally located just off Syntagma Square making it a perfect choice as a base to explore from. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful (without exception). Highly recommend - we enjoyed a fabulous week there.

The classic rooms were looking backside with very small windows. The noise from the corridor and adjacent rooms was too loud. The room was very hot. Even though there was a silent air conditioning, it was directly blowing towards the beds so we couldn't use it.

Breakfast was good. They were serving on the roof with an Athens and Acropolis view. The cleaning personnel was helpful.

The place is perfect, there is nothing I don’t like .

From start to finish on our latest four day stay it was superb ! The staff are like old friends and they always treat us with great respect and amazing hospitality. Nothing is too much trouble for them . Amazing breakfast with a panoramic view of the Acropolis and right in the center of all the action in Athens . Within a short walk you are close to all the best sights .

You must choose a room of a higher standard. The basic one is dark, with a window onto the inner courtyard. The room for one person is a dark, small office room. After opening at night, the unpleasant smell from the kitchen chimney becomes very intense.

In a hotel surrounded by shoe shops there is no full length mirror to see your foot wear with different clothes. Also, it would be nice to have a place to hang your bath robe and or sleepwear other than the closet. A hook on the back of the door for example.

Love the location and the room. I had dinner in the restaurant and was pleasantly surprised by the gluten-free vegan options and wine selection, and the view is spectacular!

Everything was just perfect.

Wonderful hotel at the very centre of the city. The ambiance is very luxurious and the staff are just amazing, making guests feel better than at home. I had stayed there before and received a 'welcome back' card along with wine and fruits. I was in awe when I saw that. The room was spacious and comfortable, very quiet and wonderfully clean. The bed was super comfortable. There is a nespresso type coffee machine, a fridge, safe, plenty of towels and Nuxe toiletries. It doesn't get better than that. The breakfast area feels like paradise with view of the Acropolis and the Parthenon, the great variety and amount of food and the wonderfully peaceful environment. One would think that they're not staying in the buzzy centre of the wonderful city of Athens when staying in this hotel. So I'm definitely happy with my stay and will surely come back. A big thank you to all the staff that made us feel so welcome!
