Only because public transport isn't very great in Santorini, reaching the touristy places such as Oil and Fira becomes slightly difficult as there are barely any buses (unless maybe they increase the frequency in peak season time). But this is a nice place slightly away from the city centre if you want to get quality time.

Dimitra was the perfect host! Right from the time of booking, she got in touch and guided us on how to reach the hotel from the airport. She's extremely responsive by message/calls and that's a big big plus. The jacuzzi in the room was just perfect and it was temperature controlled! They serve delicious breakfast straight to your room.

The 2 people who sleep in the living room don’t have a wardrobe. The pool was cold and we could not use it.

Dimitra (the host) is the best part of this stay. She is amazing and helped us with everything. The hotel, the pool, the views and the village are gorgeous. We loved it ! Breakfast was the best we had in many years.

Hotel is located in the small village of Pyrgos Kallistis, which is not as crowded as Fira or Ia, but of course it is not as close to the sea. The location itself and specifically some of the suites of the hotel allow for a stunning view over a large part of the island and of the sea. Due to the central location on the island, all parts of the island were easily accessible and you could discover the island well by rental car. Pyrgos itself has it‘s own share of very good restaurants. Our suite was beautiful, tastefully furnished. The whole hotel is still pretty new. The suite was clean. The hot-tub allowed for relaxing minutes in the sun. The hotel additionally features a larger, shared pool. We could choose at which time we wanted to have our breakfast everyday, which is then delivered to your suite. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. The breakfast was very tasty, but the dishes were more sweet and less savory, which was totally fine for us.

Power was cut down often but not the facility’s problem. The whole village’s power system..

Staff was very nice. Room is spacious and very clean. Everything is in the right place. Location is excellent, close to the port, and many restaurants around.

I cannot think of any faults the stay was perfect!

These suites are located in such a beautiful part of Santorini (Pyrgos). I would say they are quite luxurious as well as cozy and the hygiene standards are immaculate they clean the rooms everyday! The pool isn’t private but it’s not busy so it felt like a private pool perfect size. The staff are super lovely and very attentive. The Manager Dimitra is super friendly she really made our stay feel special, she can help with with any questions you may have. I recommend the breakfast every morning you get a large amount and it’s a lovely fresh breakfast. There are great restaurants located in Pyrgos, not as many bars but you’re in Santorini that’s what the buses are for! The bus stop is also close by so you can travel to different parts of the island and runs all day. Overall, we had the best stay and we definitely recommend staying at Elements Cozy Suites in Pyrgos!!!

The only minor complain was that our Jacuzzi was not as warm as we would’ve liked. We never voiced the issue so maybe if we did, this problem could have been solved, Dimitra was very much on top of everything, so not really a complain.

Dimitra was a fantastic host, very attentive and really helpful with all we needed. The rooms were impecable, very spacious and comfortable - the location was very convenient for us, since it was close to the port and the wedding venue we attended. We rented a Quad that was delivered straight to the hotel, and it was the best idea, giving us freedom to move around the entire island. Lastly, the breakfast is fabulous, I was looking forward to it every single day! Overall a very nice and fun stay! I would come back.

We had the most incredibly time staying here. Dimitra went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She arranged taxi pick up and drop off at the airport, and taxi service to a beach club we visited. Our room was absolutely beautiful with an outdoor jacuzzi, and amazing views of the entire island (especially during sunset). The city of Pyrgos is stunning with great restaurants and shops away from the craziness of Fira and Oia during peak season. I cannot recommend staying here more for the impeccable service, beautiful rooms, stunning views, and a delicious breakfast brought to your room every morning. We’ll definitely be back!

This is a new hotel so everything was in great condition. The rooms are spacious and clean. It’s modern, with all the necessary amenities. Having a private jacuzzi was amazing. And breakfast served in the room daily was perfect! Plus our hostess was so kind and helpful 😊

It was very spacious, nicely decorated, very comfortable bed. Breakfast served to your room. Pool right outside my door. Wine fridge and regular fridge with sink and mini Nespresso machine. We rented a scooter and it was brought right to us! Nice touch! Dimitra was the best!

The air conditioning wasn’t great. I constantly felt hot and it wasn’t strong enough. There was no full length mirror which I found annoying. Whilst the breakfast was lovely, it was quite small portions for 2 people.

The staff were amazing. Dimitra is fantastic and really friendly. She was very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. Breakfast was made daily and nice.

We stayed there for 8 days. It was incredible, the staff member were super friendly and obliged. We went as a family with a infant and for our stay they put a childbed next to ours. Any questions we had for answered within minutes at any day- or nighttime. The room was amazing. We had a privat Whirlpool with view to Fira ans Oia (the big city’s of Santorini). They delivered daily breakfast to the room ans picked it up when we finished. It was an unforgettable experience and I highly recommend this hotel.

It’s in Pyrgos which is why we chose it, possibly the nicest part of Santorini to stay now, very peaceful and quiet unlike the rest of the island. Rooms were very spacious, spotless and had great views over the island. Dimitra, our host was fantastic, with a beautiful smile on her face every time we met, nothing was too much trouble for her - oh! nearly forgot, a delicious breakfast of local food delivered to our room each morning to eat on our balcony.

Very spacious, clean, comfortable suite. The jacuzzi is a plus. Very nice, perfect water temperature and most important no one can see you in the jacuzzi :) Terrasse with see view a good catch of the sunset. Last but not least very friendly staff always available for any needs you may have.

We had a fabulous stay. The room was very clean and spacious. Dimitra was really lovely and helpful. She made our stay so easy and comfortable. Thank you. The breakfast was brought to our room every morning which was great! We enjoyed the swimming pool, especially the jacuzzi.
