Very high-quality accommodation and property in general. Top-tier service - super-friendly people who proactively try to accommodate all your needs (and even anticipate which needs you may have!). They remind your preferences, so, I experienced a highly personalized experience. The owner of the hotel is extremely friendly but down-to-earth, accessible and overall a knowledgeable person. I found the hotel elegant and stylish but not at all over the top. Exactly right for fellow lovers of architecture and design.

Most beautiful place in Santorini. The employees are super nice. We encountered some unpredictable accident. The owner canceled our journey without charge. We stayed here for two night and probably the most unforgettable experience for life. Amazing view and great facilities in this hotel. Definitely would like to stay here again!

This hotel is absolutely top class! I was so impressed by the service,courtesy and kindness of all the staff . The property itself is luxurious and elegant.The bed was extremely comfortable, room spotless, and view from hot tub on the balcony or on the terrace by the pool was breathtaking. Breakfast was scrumptious, and we loved the evening meals we had in the restaurant. I had a wonderful hot stone massage from an excellent masseuse named Anna. Thank you to all the amazing staff. We will definitely be returning to this most relaxing hotel in beautiful Santorini.

Stairs to several properties but some accessible properties in main building.

Beautiful setting with lovely views. Enjoyed swimming in the lovely pool. Modern designs complimented by traditional touches. Very clean. Private heated jacuzzi/pool in room with stunning views. All staff involved in running and maintaining the property and in dining and kitchen area were very helpful. Transfers to and from airport efficiently arranged with driver. Excellent hot stone massage. All meals were of high quality.

Parking can be a little tough if you have a full sized vehicle.

Absolutely loved the property! Everything was top notch from the room, the view, the incredible staff, and the fantastic breakfast. We loved our private heated infinity pool. I cannot wait to visit again!!

If we could rate this hotel higher than 10,we would. It was exceptional from start to finish. Such an amazing place. Owners and staff could not do enough for us and made our whole trip stress free, special and unforgettable. Our room was stunning in a beautiful setting and the location was perfect ❤️ I can not recommend this beautiful hotel enough!

To be honest, there is not a lot of bus coming and going from Pyrgos compare the fira or oia, but there is less crowded which we love, and you can always hire a car or take taxi, and we did booked some tours and activities that had hotel pick up, so it is actually not bad. just a bit more costy

Basically I love everything about elessa hotel The room is big and beautiful and absolutely perfect (with a cute little cat visited us at night and in the morning, such fluffy cuteness) Our room has a private pool which is absolutely fantastic We saw the most beautiful sunrise in our room terrance without having to leave the bed, the view is stunning! The staff are so helpful and friendly, we had a little problem with our flight and the original transit to the hotel fails us, but the hotel helped me on that and take my stress off. Harry helped us check in at night, he was very friendly and gave us the tour of the room, we had one day that we have to leave the hotel very early, he is so nice and helped us arrange the taxi and fixed us breakfast since we couldn't eat at the hotel. The breakfast were also very good, enjoying with the fantastic view! The pool is also amazing!
