Our room though was not too small had lack of storing space / hanging for 2 people both in the room and bathroom.

Nice place located between the main busy road and the beach. With beach sunbeds, jacuzzi and hamam. Breakfast was excellent and quite varied. Quiet place.

Swim up pool was very small, more plunge pool than swim up. Room 105. As above a few comfy sofas in the bar area and better lighting possibly would have kept us here rather than being drawn to the pleasant ambience of the beach bar next door.

Location was great, plenty of eateries nearby, right on a fantastic beach and a lovely beach bar right next door. Breakfast was ideal with plenty choice, Mrs W say Greeeaat Coffee, A bean to cup machine is always a winner. Only down sides for us were hotel bar lighting was a little bit harsh at night and a few comfy sofas would be a great addition. However a major plus is the friendly and helpful staff.

There was an issue with the hot tub in the room, and the maintenance man leaves at 3 every day. So end of day relaxation was out of the question. Did not quite get what I paid for, but the rest of the facility was lovely and personnel tried to help.

A bit more privacy on the ground floor rooms would be great.

Very Modern clean and loooved the swimming pool with the hydromassage in our room :). Great location next to the sea and some shops bars and mini markets nearby. The food was exceptional. Traditional Cretan dishes generous portions and delicious I was so pleased we end up on half board. The stuff are excellent especially Kostas with his helpful and excellent manners. I can’t fault this place apart from the fact we couldn’t use the main swimming pool at times but I guess start of the season and weather didn’t help much. All the above and I am a pretty fussy person all around!!

It is not the first time we visited Elia Agia Marina but the first time we chose the Resort. Our accommodation was brand new very clean and stylish.The staff is very attentive to the customer’s needs as always.

Saturday early morning the gardener was passing in front of the rooms at 08;00 to cut the grass which was unpleasant. The breakfast buffet was decent but not great.

A little bit outside of Chania, but very good beach strip and a lot of good restaurants nearby. The hotel was new (opened 07/23) so everything was very clean. The fitness room was well equipped. The morning buffet was big. Beach area was clean.

The hotel is brand new, we stayed in one of the rooms with a pool and it was great! Galyna is exceptional and my daughter had a great time with her and was happy to see her every day.

Excellent location, exactly on the beach what is very comfortable with kids. Delicious food, very friendly staff they make as feel like special one. New room, private swimming pool, gym, hamam, spa, big parking.... We love this hotel for sure will be back next year!

The view was directly towards a road which was a bit annoying since we had to cover the windows with curtains completely. The hotel could add something to cover outside the rooms facing the road.

We stayed in new part of the hotel with our own little pool. Close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets.

There is nothing that we did not like.

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome. All the staff were very friendly and so hospitable! Kristina and Andreas in particular were a bundle of joy. The rooms are gorgeous and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast, lunch and dinner we had there was delicious with fresh produce. Overall a very clean and well looked after hotel that never felt full even though it was fully booked. The location and beach front there is probably the best in Agia Marina and platanias I would say, and me and my partner have been coming to Chania for the last 7 years now. Very happy and will certainly be returning to this gem again.

Overall excellent place. The room was spacious, clean and beautifully designed. The private pool and hammam were great! I have no doubt that I will come back!
