The Breakfast was good but could include more vegetables. The hotel experienced a power outage on the night before our departure. When we called the reception, the receptionist did not apologize or explain the situation, only informing us that we wouldn't have electricity for the next two hours. It would have been nicer if he had apologized for the inconvenience and explained what happened.

The hotel was very centrally located next to Syntagma Square. Everything was a short walk. The breakfast was included. It was a full buffet and had anything you could want.

The service was amazing, we needed a doctor and rescheduling information which they provided happily and quickly. The comfort in the room was lovely , it was quiet to sleep and the breakfast buffet was next level and so yummy. Will be back!

I would have liked to have two room keys, as you have to leave one in the slot by door for the a/c and lights to work but if you run to grab ice upstairs you have to take the key out and everything re-sets. Also, we left the key in the slot a couple times and locked ourselves out. A second room key would have prevented that.

The location is central to many attractions and a very walkable area with restaurants and markets close nearby. The view of the acropolis from our room was better than I expected. The breakfast was excellent and we loved the fresh-made orange juice each morning.

Be aware that the shower and sink are sort of an open floor plan concept with no full door+wall separating the shower from the rest of the room. There is privacy, but not as much as a "normal" bathroom. Just be aware of your level of comfort if sharing a room with a friend/acquaintance. (The toilet of course is in a separate room!)

Location is about as central as you can get. Our balcony overlooking Ermou was really nice, and despite being on a main street the double doors kept out the noise. The water pressure and shower were excellent. Breakfast was good, too. We only stayed for one night, but we enjoyed it very much and the hotel was comfortable, clean, had everything we needed.

I was charged for city tax at the beginning of my stay even though I paid ahead of time. Luckily the attendant on check out found the error and refunded me.

The design of the bathroom is not too good. Although the idea of separating the toilet and the shower was a good idea, the shower area needs a spot to hang towels inside. If you're traveling with friends, you would have to open the shower door to get the towel and thereby exposing yourself to your traveling companion.

The location of the hotel is great. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants and the Acropolis.

The only negative with the room was the small bathroom which was a little awkward.

The hotel was in a very central location and we had an exceptional view of the Acropolis from our room and balcony. We also thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop restaurant and bar which offered great views and very good food. The staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful. They went above and beyond to help us out with transport to the airport after a snap 24hour taxi and public transport strike. Thank you.

The property is very nice and modern. Very clean and the staff is excellent. Very helpful at all times. The restaurant on the 7th floor has incredible food and the best view of the acropolis during the day and night. The restaurant staff is very good. The housekeepers are very responsive and take care of any requests quickly. The property is in the heart of the shopping district and walking distance to restaurants and sites. Take a walking tour to the acropolis and the museum. It’s worth every penny. We used the company Walk Athens. They were excellent and their tour guide Marina was incredible.

We had a room probably near kitchen so in the early morning there where some noises but nothing of great importance.

The view from the balcony was breathtaking and we really loved to have breakfast in the upper lobby, naturally style decorated and with some small birds taking visit sometimes. The staff is great and the hotel position is strategic. Really suggested.
