No hand towels in the rooms to wash with and the shower water run outside of the shower and we had to put down a towel to check the floor from getting wet.

The location was excellent, within walking distance of most of the major attractions and shopping. The breakfast was very good with wide variety of choices. The restaurant on the top floor was excellent with a outstanding view of the city.

While not a big deal, the tile floors in shower are slippery, be careful!

This was the finest hotel of the comparably priced hotels we stayed at on our three week trip. The room very clean and comfortable, service was outstanding, the view from the upper level bar and dining area was priceless! Breakfast was outstanding, wonderful selection, and fresh squeezed orange juice was a treat you don’t often find anymore. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a fabulous location, located in a lovey upscale neighborhood. It’s very close to the Plaka, 15 minute walk to Acropolis, 5 minutes from Syntagma Square and 10 minutes from Psyri neighborhood. Lots of cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby. The hotel is beautiful and the 7th floor restaurant and bar has an unbelievable view of the acropolis. The deluxe hotel room was spacious and well-appointed, the bed was wonderful and had plenty of pillows. The hotel staff are extremely polite, professional, and eager to help with any issues, reservations, directions, etc. There is a small but wonderful spa on site. Photine gave me the most amazing deep tissue massage. The breakfast buffet is incredibly delicious and varied, lots of choices and plenty of food. I would definitely stay here again!

There is nothing that I did not like.

The hotel was centrally located and within walking distance of all my meeting locations. The spa was very good and professional and the rooftop bar/restaurant has a breathtaking view of the Acropolis.

Perhaps we missed it but having a concierge that could provide inputs on activities would have been helpful

The breakfast buffet was huge, had so much to choose from, a great view of the Acropolis and a very helpful wait staff. The only challenge was the birds that kept landing on peoples tables (understandable since the restaurant is an open-air space.) The housekeeper was also very nice and helpful. The location was perfectly situated for walking to/visiting the antiquities, shopping, restaurants and museums.

Be aware that the shower and sink are sort of an open floor plan concept with no full door+wall separating the shower from the rest of the room. There is privacy, but not as much as a "normal" bathroom. Just be aware of your level of comfort if sharing a room with a friend/acquaintance. (The toilet of course is in a separate room!)

Location is about as central as you can get. Our balcony overlooking Ermou was really nice, and despite being on a main street the double doors kept out the noise. The water pressure and shower were excellent. Breakfast was good, too. We only stayed for one night, but we enjoyed it very much and the hotel was comfortable, clean, had everything we needed.

Location was brilliant in middle of everything our room was really nice and the maids were very good to help with any issues Breakfast was excellent plenty of choice the restaurant on the roof with outstanding views of Athens we also had an evening meal which was excellent Front hall staff were at hand all the time and really helpful for information and taxis

A great and luxurious hotel, geat standard of room, high level of cleanliness, comfort and service, the shower is super pampering. the hotel staff is helpful and welcoming, especially Maria, the manager that always made sure that we were satisfied and helped with everything we needed. Perfect location on Ermou street. Great Breakfast on 7th floor with view to the Acropolis. We took 2 rooms and It was our second stay in this hotel this year. We are sure we will come back again soon.

The jacuzzi is only suitable for 1 person at a time. The room only has a view of the inner courtyard.

The hotel room was very spacious and the wellness facilities are nice and clean. Bed is very comfortable and the breakfast is very well stocked. The hotel rooftop restaurant has very good service and food. The view from the restaurant is amazing. Every major sight to see in Athens is within walking distance, which is a big plus.

The Breakfast was good but could include more vegetables. The hotel experienced a power outage on the night before our departure. When we called the reception, the receptionist did not apologize or explain the situation, only informing us that we wouldn't have electricity for the next two hours. It would have been nicer if he had apologized for the inconvenience and explained what happened.

The hotel was very centrally located next to Syntagma Square. Everything was a short walk. The breakfast was included. It was a full buffet and had anything you could want.

The service was amazing, we needed a doctor and rescheduling information which they provided happily and quickly. The comfort in the room was lovely , it was quiet to sleep and the breakfast buffet was next level and so yummy. Will be back!
