There’s not much to complain about here! The only thing is that it’s right next to the airport and every plane takes off over the property, which can be quite loud.

We loved everything about this place! I think it’s even better in person than the pictures showcase. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home as Christina made sure we had all the information and that she was available for us whenever. The villa we stayed in was beautiful and well stocked, it had everything we needed. The breakfast was incredible and we loved how we got to pick out what we wanted each morning and it was hand delivered to our front porch to eat. The pool was gorgeous and we ended up being the only guests to use it one day, so it felt extra private. Easy and free parking and it was just outside the city but close to a great supermarket/coffee shop and other restaurants. The staff were all very helpful and even helped us rent a car last minute. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were great!

Everything was perfect and exactly as described and pictured. Nothing was missing for a light meal preparation in the kitchen or for an afternoon coffee (even had salt/pepper, sugar and different types of coffees). Very well thought of for the guests, clean and helpful staff. Will return!

The host has created amazing atmosphere with a welcome wine, I liked the minimal design, the bed was sooner comfy, the view to the swimming pool/ sea was super relaxing. Fully autonomous house and great service for breakfast and anything we need. You should try for sure when visiting the island.

I was given a menu for breakfast but the items on the menu weren't available and the instructions on how to get breakfast were a little outdated. This should be updated sowe know to just head to the bat for cereals and pastries. There was also no airport shuttle though this was advertised.

The villa was stunning, very clean with lots if lovely little extras, like pillows that smell of chocolate.

Accommodation is 10/10, but be sure to hire a car to explore Lesbos and visit restaurants in the surrounding area. At walking distance there are not many restaurants to be found. By car you can drive to for example Mytilini within about 10 minutes, there you can find a nice selection of restaurant. From the other side, it is good to know that you don't need to leave the accommodation every day for dinner if you don't want to. They have a very nice small menu, with a tasteful selection of dinner options prepared by their chef (salads, pizza, pasta etc.) at reasonable prices. We spend about half our holiday having dinner at the pool terrace, just because it's so nice.

Attention to detail in this accommodation is stunning. We have travelled to many Greek islands and stayed at many different accommodations. We're used to most Greek accommodations -within a reasonable price range for family holidays- not having high level finishing standards (think: sanitary facilities, bedding, kitchen, overall clean, pool, garden, air conditioning, Wifi, lighting etc.). Elies was a big pleasant surprise to us. They show that it is possible to enjoy a high standard finished accommodation within a reasonable price range (hope they will try to keep it within this price range). Another example of their attention to detail, was the included breakfast. This was a big surprise to us as we did not expect this. The chef and manager Johannes did their best everyday to provide us with a wonderful breakfast experience at the pool terrace. Also, a special mention for all personnel. Owner Jannis managed to assemble a great team of wonderful people (Christina, Sophia, Johannes, the chef and the two cleaning ladies) that go far to make sure your stay is pleasant. Thank you again! We loved EVERYTHING about Elias. We stayed here for 15 of our 1-month stay in Lesvos and as we left there were hugs and tears. The breakfasts were exceptional. They cleaned our rooms every day, and we felt so looked after that I don't know what I'll do when I have to go home and clean for myself 😜. The location is dreamy. Pool area is absolutely special, surrounded by ancient olive trees and stone. The furnishing, the beds, the kitchen.. just everything was though about and I just can't fault a thing. I'm so glad we found this place and we'll be coming back year after year for sure.

just the location, you need a car or scooter as its a bit far to walk into the main town
