Breakfast lacks a few salads and seasonal fruit.

A nice and very helpful staff. In addition, the location of the hotel is good , you can get to almost all the tourist attractions on foot.

A very well situated , newly renovated modern hotel, with a boutique touch. We had rooms 203 and 403, big ones with bath. What was exceptionally good, was the attention and helpfulness of every member of the staff, with their recommendation help, in all of the requested areas (museums, tours, restaurants, etc.). When we experienced a plumbing problem (clogging of the sink in the bathroom), they promptly changed the room and offered a complimentary dinner at the restaurant.

Wonderfull hotel and lovely staff. It’s very close to the city center you can just walk around in 5 minutes. The hotel is very new and the rooms are very clean. Highly recommended.

We accidentally booked one night at this particular hotel as part of a business trip and regretted not having more days to stay. The hotel has a great design, beautiful spaces while the atmosphere is very friendly. The staff is helpful and all facilities are offered exactly as described above. Our next booking will definitely be for more days.

Everything was perfect!

An excellent stay in the center of Thessaloniki. From the welcome to the check-out the experience was unique. The staff is polite and always willing to serve you, the premises are spotlessly clean, and the breakfast is impeccable. In the basement there is a spa area, with sauna and hydromassage free of charge for guests. We will be back for sure.

Noisy mini fridge in the room, very noisy air-conditioning even in the low setting. The green light on top of the room door and the light from the hallway was very intense during the night. The most outrageous thing that surprised me was the extra charge for the second coffee at breakfast and the extra charge for the second Nespresso capsule in the room. I have been to so many 4 and 5 star hotels around the world and i have never paid extra for second or third or fourth coffee. Another very annoying image was the hotel supervisor, who was occupying one table in the lobby with her laptop during the day and she was talking loudly to the reception staff. Very bad image for a guests first impression. Doesn't she have her own office? Very unprofessional. The design of the hotel is amazing and as an interior designer myself i found it interesting, but you need to reconsider your whole oppression. The details are very important and a noisy fridge or an extra cost for a second coffee is not the way.

The staff was very friendly and the greeting we had was nice with a beautiful smile. The receptionist helped us with everything we needed and gave us all the information we wanted for our stay in the city . The booking was made from my best man because i asked him a hotel in the centrer with all the comforts of a good hotel

This super delux room that has balcony has it, but view is horrible. In 4 syar hotel, Airconditioning doesnt work. Cooling was not working, outside was rain wigh humidity. Accros the rooms balcony ia horrible building (so view is not as expected but balcony is amazing- big) but people are partying the whole night there. So no AC, no option to breath as it was humid, I havent slept for 3 days. Parties were till 5am and with open balcony its like horrendeous. When last day AC was working, than digital automation system doesnt work so you can not control it from your room. Basicly it was so so cold that last night was impossible to sleep because of cold. We spoke to stuff and there was nothing we could do...they can only shut down the whole AC system but it was horrible. If people who works in hotel were not that nice as they were I would be leaving in the middle of my stay. I honestly dont know who was architect of that stupid Aircondition idea.

Stuff are amazing, super nice.. FOOD is amazing Room service is amazing. Location is amazing. Wellness is small, but enough. We enjoyed a lot massage. Very good. Breakfast could improve, but all was fresh and nice.
