We liked absolutely everything about this hotel. From breakfast, friendly staff, cleanliness, interior, facilities (gym and spa are small but have everything you need). Huge recommendation and can’t wait to be back.

Nothing, everything was superb!

First of all the super staff! Everyone, from reception to the smiling crew at breakfast to the hard- working housekeeping team: wonderful! The hotel is well- designed and fits in perfectly well with the old buildings on the street. Facilities in the room were excellent, fridge, safe, super comfy bed and one of the best showers I have ever encountered! The location was also great, a short walk to the shopping district, museums, the spectacular harbour, restaurants etc. we were sorry to leave.

Excellent. Supreme experience. Extremely clean. Great location, 5 min walk from Ladadika and Taverns area but still quite.Walking distance from the main shopping streets. Rooms are designed beautifully, have different options for lighting, which I liked a lot. Sockets near the bed, as promised. The room also had capsules coffee machine, electric kattel, robes and slippers. Laptop size safe. Windows are soundproof. We tried the relaxing massage, it was indeed very relaxing! I recommend it. Dinner /room service manu was surprisingly diverse and the prices are fair. Very tasty food. Same manu if you want to eat downstairs. Breakfast was excellent, coffee and eggs to your choice, brought to the table. Nice buffet of vegetables, fruits, cheese and meat. The coffee was high quality. Our experience was very romantic but I would say the hotel can be suitable for everyone. In general, the hotel has a nice atmosphere. Most importantly, the staff are very nice and acomodating. Any small problem or question we had, was solved quickly and with a smile. Thank you for making our vacation even more enjoyable and unforfatable!

So, It probably the best stay in Thessaloniki. Very good and rich breakfast, of course with the traditional patisseries, yogurt and very good coffee. The staff is super supportive and always smiling. The hotel is mint clean and the facilities are exactly as described. So, if you are looking for a great place to stay in Thessaloniki, this is the one!

The girl at the reception were very kind. The rooms are big and clean. The spa ist not so big bit enough. The is only one jacuzzi and one Sauna. The breakfast ist very good, they will bring you drinks and coffee. We enjoyed out staying.

The breakfast was not so good and fresh. They gave us an option for omelettes or eggs and this is what we were eating every morning because the bread, the bacon , the sausages and the vegetables were not so good..

Not much to say here, the clubs nearby were a bit noisy but that's not the hotel's issue. There were 2 holidays when we stayed, so that may have also contributed.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to assist with our planning and other needs. Elaina was extremely helpful and always willing to assist. If you're ever in Thessaloniki I highly recommend this place to stay.

Breakfast was great. Mena or Meena was terrific! Always went the extra mile for us. She appears to really enjoy her job! In fact Elena and Nicolette were wonderful as well. Loved being met outside and escorted into the hotel——as if we were being welcomed into someone’s home. Everyone appears to enjoy their careers. It was a great experience!
