The see view could be seen from specific places Because of the structure of the building The pools are not in the edge so you don't get the feel of *swimming in a ocean view* The room a little bit dark and shady But it was really doesn't matter comparing to everything. We gave 9 in total out of 10 just because this, other wise it a 10.

The service is 11 out of 10 Never seen something like that We felt like a king and queen The many pools was amazing so it was never more than 6 people in each pool Most one the time i was alone The decorations and design is super fine Top class ! The beach was equipped with enough sun beds and umbrellas The buffet is a m a z i n g !!! What was that?!? Great diversity of food, great products quality Maybe the best buffet in Europe

Amazing! From the moment you arrive the staff look after you so well. Its rare to find a holiday resort where all staff are exceptionally polite and friendly. We loved our stay here and would 100% be coming back next year.

- Nothing at all!!

This resort blew us away! From start to finish, there was absolutely nothing to fault and we will be recommending to absolutely everyone we know. Some highlights: - The breakfast selection is the biggest I have ever seen - The pools are absolutely stunning and well maintained. They also provided a live band at the main pool on Friday which was amazing - The staff are unbelievably kind, always smiling and happy to help - The rooms were cleaned every single day without fault. Even when we asked for the housekeeper to come back, she kindly obliged and returned a couple hours later. - A dedicated team to to help you book activities/taxis/cars etc is located in the reception. They were able to source our taxis anytime we needed it and also provided great recommendations for dinner and drinks. - The spa experience was 10/10! It was super clean and luxurious. Both my friend and I had a brilliant time experiencing all the rooms they offered. They even provided a buggy service to take us from our resort to the spa as it was located within the family section.

We took the all-inclusive option. Needless to say, it is a geart option, yet it seems that the staff doesn't know this option and its benefits, so we had several small inconveniences, nothing major.

The hotel was great. Our room was magnificent, vlean and comfy, first line to the pool, the staff was kind and the service was excellent.

Although food and drink service were amazing, the restaurants were a tad overpriced, however the food was still of good standard and the service from restaurant staff was amazing.

Treated like royalty from the moment you walk in, staff are exceptionally friendly, the service at each of the bars and the sunbeds around the pool was impeccable, and the general comfort and room standards were amazing, not to mention you are only a short 20 minute bus ride from the beautiful town centre of Rodos!

Only the food was a little bit dissappointment at the hotel of this level. If you’re half-board, don’t go to the a la carte restaurants, especially Fourni. It’s not worth the money. We had a bad experience there, we ordered picanha for 2 with side and sauce (80€ meal) and it came completely dry (poor animal) with smell and taste of some fish. We never complained at restaurants before but this was just disgusting. Pepper sauce wasn’t pepper sauce at all. We told the staff who were nice and tried to help with free dessert but it didn’t really helped at the moment. We were of course charged for the steak which I think wasn’t proper at the moment. We ended up going to the hotel buffet to eat something else to get the smell of the fish out of our system. However we appreciate approach of the guest service and hopefully, it won’t happen to anyone else again.

Room with shared pool was amazing, very private and looked completely new. Same for the whole resort - very design and boutique like. Close to the private beach with comfortable sunbeds. Also all staff was very kind and always smiling. We also loved having coffee at the bar upstairs everyday.

Lack of information about the activities - we accidentally found out that there was a open air movie night. When we asked weather there are other events happening during our stay, the staff did not seem to know. The app does not work - I requested new coffee pods via the app, but it didn't seem to reach anyone (asked again the following day from our housekeeper). At breakfast, some of the personell seem to just stand and chat. We had to wait for our coffees for ages and when it reached the table it was cold. So we even had a joke, that lets not sit to this section, because we already knew who was the coffee waitress of those tables. And please let people choose their own tables, it was somewhat ridiculous to "fight" with them every morning. Please keep the gym open for longer hours. I was told via email that the gym is open until 21:00 but one evening we went there at 19:45 and it was already locked. I would suggest making your gym accessible with room card whenever the guests feel like it. After all, we are there for a holiday and we want to explore the island at day time (not working out in the gym), and considering the heat early morning and late night excercising would be much more convenient.

Absolutely beautiful hotel! We stayed in the junior suite with direct access to the pool. The room was beautiful - spaceous, clean, plenty of cupboard space, well working fridge and coffee-tea amenities. We had a housekeeper named Ben, who was the most joyful and caring person ever, he kept our room clean and supplied us with fresh towels whenever needed. Breakfast selection was great, good coffee and high quality food. Common areas (pools etc) were also very well kept. Gym is small but beautiful and has everything you need for a quick workout. We really loved the location. There are plenty of dining options close to the hotel and also some supermarkets. Old town is a short car ride away.

There were small issues because of the start of the season, but friendly staff solved everything very nicely. Sunbeds might be changed as these are quite worn off.

Very nice, cozy and comfortable place to stay for your holiday! Staff is more than welcoming and friendly - trying to help in all the ways they can. Food is perfect. Beach is clean and nice area. Calmness all around. Definetely recommend!

Water is not included at meals for half board so you must pay for water with your dinner. I think this is a bit strange, water should at least be included at meal time.

Nice stay, very beautiful place, staff are super nice and friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel facilities are great, many pools to choose from and because it is adults only it was very quiet and peaceful. The food at restaurant was delicious. Beautiful location, very quiet and peaceful, beach was nice and fine, but nothing special either. Will definitely come back to this resort again in the future if I have the choice.

The coffee at breakfast had to be ordered by staff, which usually took long to come to table, the coffee was only Nespresso, so it wasn’t even good enough and there wasn’t option to upgrade to normal coffee. A lot of staff wasn’t trained good enough - being rude to us when we wanted to order coffee after no one came to us the whole breakfast, not even saying hi to us in the Street hub so we didn’t know where and with who to order so we left hungry, other messed up my order completely, the cleaning lady threw out our half eaten lunch, which we wanted to finish, we even heard girl saying she didn’t get payed for work. The beach was quite small - there weren’t a lot of Elissa hotel sun lounges, and the neighbour hotel Helea guests were taking up our sun lounges because they were more comfortable, so when we came to beach we did have anywhere to lay down because of people who were in “worse” hotel. We didn’t get refill of shower gel for 5 days. The laundry was supposed to take 1 day but it was 3 days and I had to call them to get it back

The resort gave us really great feeling, there were many breakfast options, beach towels with bag was provided which made things easier, resort had supermarket inside with everything we needed to buy.

The staff and hotel was just fantastic. The staff could not of done more for us, the food was lovely and we had just the best time! The room and private pool was fantastic, we would love to go back!
