Seating in dining room as plastic covered and our clothes always felt damp after sitting for an hour. Very few lounge areas if you want to relax. Mini bus would be more helpful if could be extended to Elounda main bus stop instead of just end of road (there and return) as very long walk into Elounda, mostly uphill in full sunshine. Not good for children or elderly.

Breakfast fair as choice the same every day which was disappointing. However, evening choice absolutely brilliant and covered most favourite meals in my opinion.

The steps, hills and location. The entertainment was shocking, one night was 'board games'! We spent our evenings in the main town square, expensive but nice. BEWARE of the ATMs we lost €150 from a 'faulty' machine

It was bit to far from our room to the restaurant area the kids were getting very tired. the hotel is on the high hills but ofcourse the advantage was that the view was magnificent. If you have problems to walk. Make a remark at the reservation we took half pension. with half pension the dirnks are not included during dinner it was a bit disspointing

Amazing facilities, stunning view and a very accomodating/welcoming staff made our stay wonderful. My kids loved the waterpark. Wifi was good. Room was clean. It is really great place for family with kids. We booked our taxi via hotel and rental car also with the travel company at hotel. great servies from the travel company. We definetly recommend other families to visit the hotel.

Outdated rooms and facilities. It reminded me of the hotels back in the 90s. No decent WiFi coverage in the rooms. Although a TV set of the 90s was available there were no channels to watch. In general, it looks that the hotel cannot cope with what is required from hotels of such calibre nowadays. On top of that you need to be in top form to walk up and down the facilities of this hotel as the slope is very steep.

The staff tried their best to save the day. Special thanks to Vasia for turning it around for us and making our stay as better as possible. Management needs to upgrade the facilities to meet 2021 demands.

There was nothing to dislike. We were totally satisfied

I could not speak highly enough of Paul and his team at Elounda Park & Resort. Professional, Courteous, Polite, Kind, gentle to mention a few. As a group we were all upgraded to the villas and these were cleaned DAILY as well as the pool. We had a fabulous time on holiday and there is no doubt about it. The views were breathtaking, relaxing and peaceful. There was so much to do both at the villa, the resort and the town. For animal lovers they also have a resident dinning cap. We got free pic up and drop off services to the villa which made our stay so enjoyable. Thank you once again for a lovely time and we haven’t been able to stop telling everyone about our trip.

Old and worn hotel what is screaming for renovation. First room we got was dark cave on first floor, lot of millipedes on the floor, fridge was not working and found big rat in a bathroom (alive). No ocean view most of the rooms because trees and bushes have been allowed to grow so large that they obscure all views. Water in the pools are cold as ice, even the small child pool. Stuff was very helpful and freindly to find solutions fot the problems but of course they can't make a miracle. Definitely not four star hotel.

Do not book its a horror show. We booked a villa with private pool. But when we got there , we were told the villa has been given to someone else ( double booking ) and that they only had 1 apartment which they can offer us which was a bad place with ac louder than an airport the toilet door that doesn't close and overall a bad place. It was late so we agreed to sleep on it . Next morning went to the reception were told by the rude lady that we are lucky they offered us a flat even and in general was acting like we were imposing on them . When we booked 4 months ago . If they knew about their system issue they should have called us or emailed us before we got there. Absolute disgrace, ruined our holiday , my wife had a panic attack.

Nothing bad to report!

The staff were very friendly and always eager to answer your questions and needs and provide fun trips to go on. The buffet, with many dining options to choose from, varied from day to day and was very tasty. Furthermore the dining area located on top of the main hotel area made for a fantastic view over the island while you were eating!

We had reservation for dbl standard room. When we get there we got our room in the first floor, few steps down and it was dark with one window facing hallway to rooms that must be covered with curtains not to be disturbed by other visitors of the hotel. So our only source of light was door to balcony and it could be reached thorugh small hallway in the room that makes bedroom and main area in the room super dark. It also had weird smell. Now check pictures of the balcony for standard room in booking.com. Our balcony was something completely different. I get it - it can be different room in pictures but picture of balcony in booking.com and balcony we get was like day against the night. We went back to reception and ask another room of the same category. They had one more available - it was much better. More light, bigger balcony (still not as in thr pictures btw) but here we were surprised about bedroom. We didn’t even have to lie down in the bed. It was so squeaky - not sure how you can sleep there at night if it makes squeaky noises on every turn or move you make. In addition, bed frame was broken. Sofa in living room was dirty and with stains. If we would have arrived in 2* hotel i wouldn’t mind but this is 4* and I was not ready to paid money for our stay there. Luckily for us, staff promised to give us back full amount of money on the next day. So we left without staying and we had to find new place for out last two days of our honeymoon :( we have stayed in several places before and this was our first experience like this.

I guess I need to start here that we didn’t stay here after all. We had a booking for standard double room but the room we got did not meet our expectations and it was way more different than in pictures. We get to our room, it was dark and tiny, we went back to reception and asked to change our room. We got better one but still not as expected. We asked our money back. In case of cancellation we would get only half of value back but receptionist together with her supervisor were interested to help us out and return full amount of money paid. Cannot say anything bad about ladies in reception. + View was amazing. + Bathroom looked nice and was recently renovated. It was only part I liked in our rooms.

The shower head was completely uncontrollable,could not fix in position. The maid on the morning we left knocked and entered our room to ask when we were leaving at 9.10am wife still undressed!! (checkout time 11am ) Never experienced that before,and completely unacceptable No enforcement of wearing plastic gloves (provided) in the buffet area Mandy and I were the only ones who did so and people not even wearing masks. All the staff did so

The evening meal was very good,and the young lady who served us was excellent.

First of all the pictures of renovated rooms that they have in booking didn’t match with our room.Furthermore the room was not so clean we have found dirty soil in our bedroom and air-condition was dirty inside .Also there are not plugs on the room.
